  1. Does that price include batteries? (j/k) Way to go, Kim! GO BILLS!!!
  2. I get it but is it really that big of a deal, honestly? He's a rotational player for them, not the key cog on their D-line.
  3. And his dad, 'Bum', has passed away.
  4. Gotcha. Not sure how the New Orleans/Carolina loser would affect that scenario.
  5. No. They have the Chiefs 1st Rounder and the Rams 2nd Rounder.
  6. Chris Berman was openly pulling for the Bills on TV.
  7. All Bills fans should be rooting for the Falcons, regardless, as the Bills own the Rams' 2nd Round draft pick.
  8. Time for the Bills to end another drought then.
  9. "The eventual draft order will adjust as the playoffs play out. The losers of the four wildcard games will be sorted according to the regular NFL Draft sorting (strength of schedule, strength of victory, et cetera), followed by the losers of the conference semifinal and final games and the eventual outcome of the Super Bowl. The 9-7 Bills have one of the weakest resumes in the playoffs, and a loss on Sunday could give them the 21st overall pick, while a win would mean they’d pick no higher than 25th overall. Buffalo’s other first round pick is part of the playoff race, with the Kansas City Chiefs finishing as the fourth overall seed in the AFC with a 10-6 record. The Chiefs currently hold the 24th overall pick, but if Wild Card weekend is upset-heavy, there’s still a chance that their pick could rise as high as 21st overall. For the best combination of draft slot and season success, root for the Bills and Tennessee Titans this weekend." https://www.buffalorumblings.com/2018/1/2/16842366/after-sunday-buffalo-bills-will-pick-no-higher-than-21st-in-the-nfl-draft-kansas-city-chiefs-25th

  11. The next time the Chefs get a home playoff game, maybe they should volunteer to play it on the road...
  12. I stated the very same thing a couple of months ago, with stats. Andy Reid is a slightly better, modern day version of Marty Schottenheimer. He'll turn a team around and make them perennial playoff contenders but he can't get them over the hump.
  13. Tennessee dodged a bullet. That would've been 'The Barbecue City Miracle'.
  14. If it's still fantasy football season do you get credit for a TD pass AND a TD reception if you have Mariota??
  15. But he's not. And he's made one Conference Championship game...with SF. Hasn't done it with KC and the supposed QB guru Andy Reid.
  16. Agreed. He will be 34 years old to start the 2018 season and has a 2-4 playoff record and no Super Bowl appearances in a mediocre 13 year career. Do I think he's better than Tyrod? Yes...but not good enough to where I'm willing to expend any high draft capital on him. If KC wants to unload him to make room for Mahomes and clear some salary then I'm not willing to help them too much. A 3rd? I'll listen. A 4th or lower? Sign me up. Anything higher than that and the Bills would be better off keeping Tyrod for another year or finding a cheaper vet and drafting their heir apparent. Alex Smith is fools gold, IMO.
  17. Too bad they can't both lose. Looks like you'll get your wish though.
  18. Nobody likes them or their gawd awful unis but it's still a better result for the Bills if they win. That said, they're getting rolled right now so it probably doesn't matter anyway.
  19. I want the Chefs, Rams, and Iggles (next week) to all lose. It won't make a huge difference in the draft slots but the higher the better. As for Alex Smith, I'll be absolutely sick to my stomach if this front office gives up a 1st Rounder for a soon to be 34 year old QB with a 2-4 playoff record and no Super Bowl appearances in a mediocre 13 year career. The Bills would be better off keeping Tyrod for another year and drafting their heir apparent.
  20. Generally, I think that this was the accepted narrative of 'St. Doug'. It was reported that he treated everyone in the building like garbage, all the way down to the secretaries and the janitorial crew. I don't recall anyone being disappointed when he left. In fact, there was probably a collective sigh of relief. My opinion of him was that he was an' okay' and way too conservative coach but a reprehensible human being and an overall prick.
  21. Grabs cliche book off shelf, blows dust off cover, thumbs past 'Any given Sunday', stops, clears throat and reads aloud, "That's why they don't play the games on paper", closes book and places it back on shelf, lights candle and says prayer. GO BILLS!!!
  22. Yeah, it's been mentioned a couple of times by the media. Pretty cool. I hope that he wants to re-sign at a reasonable price. Love the way he plays and he seems like a solid, level-headed guy. Heard him interviewed the other day and he was very well spoken, too. Came across as a class act.
  23. Kiss your mother with that face, Dougie? Is that Marrone attempting 'The Chucky Challenge'?
  24. He looks like a failed attempt at a Jim Henson 'Muppet'... It's worth every penny just to finally have Gruden out of the TV booth. He never met a player who he didn't love, wasn't one of the best in the game, or wasn't "an outstanding young man." Adios, 'Chucky'.
