  1. Or maybe they did not consider it a mistake. Or maybe they did not consider it the game changer that some people here do. A 3rd down dropped pass not in the endzone generally would not be considered a highlight IMO. Your opinion may vary.
  2. You mean they get bad refs every game too? It's not just the Bills? Damn!
  3. There always is here. Even last week after beating the pats there were threads here about how the refs boned the Bills in that game as well. There are two universal constants at TBD ... 1) Rapant homerism about the Bills getting screwed by the officials/league/God/everyone and everything else 2) The Senators formula for the Bills end of season record: (19 - (current number of losses)) - (current number of losses)
  4. Reading through this thread and others like it, I'd have to disagree.
  5. I haven't seen an ex player yet that didn't suck in my opinion, and that includes Collinsworth. They should stick to the professionals and some coaches. But dump all the ex players IMO.
  6. In my opinion Gailey called a conservative game as well. It was like last week he knew the Pats were the better team so he took some chances both with his play calling and situations. Against the Pats he went for it, and against the Bengals he did not. Yesterday it looked to me like he thought the Bills were the better team and figured that eventually the cream would rise to the top so he didn't take the risks. Unfortunately it did not work out.
  7. Oh hell yeah I will take 3-1 to be sure!
  8. That's not how it works. The call on the field was incomplete. There has to be conclusive evidence it was a catch to be able to overturn. And there was not in my opinion. At least in the replays that I saw on TV. And like I said before, the ref from behind had the best view of if it was bobbled or not. I do not think this call or the refs cost the Bills the game. You apparently do. We should agree to disagree. Thanks though for being civil
  9. Not infallible, everyone is human (including you and I) but I'm more likely to believe them than some homers after a loss. It looked to me like he probably held on to the ball, but at the end it could have come loose. I did not see from behind which should have had a much clearer view. I absolutely thought there was not enough evidence to overturn based on the replays I saw on TV.
  10. Didn't see it. Don't watch football for the most part except for the Bills and no college.
  11. So you are saying the official on the field made a mistake AND the replay official did as well? So they were both wrong and you are right. Okie dokey.
  12. You didn't think the Dalton spot was conclusive?? For Gods sake they freeze framed it 5 or 6 times on TV. And you did think the Stevie replay was conclusive that it was a catch?? Really? Nothing wrong with loving your team to the point of selective vision I suppose
  13. Then please give me a reason they would not overturn the Stevie call if it was that obvious?
  14. Well obviously because there is a conspiracy to keep the Bills from going 16-0 this season. If they made a mistake with the call why would they not overturn it like they did the bad spot? You are making no sense.
  15. I thought they called a good game. The biggest B word seems to be with the Stevie call. We could not see what the official from behind saw and there was not enough evidence to overturn it (which even Kelso acknowledged). I do not think officiating decided the game, the players and coaches did. But every game the Bills lose has this kind of thread, it is inevitable. Hell, there was a thread like this last week when the Bills WON the game.
  16. Dalton played a bad game overall. Missing open receivers all over the field. Came through when it counted though.
  17. Hey how about a little cheese to go along with this whine. The Bills lost because they got outplayed as well as out-coached. It happens. Get over it. Time to get ready for Philly.
  18. ... because they played poorly on offense, defense, and coaching. But, time to learn from the mistakes and get ready for Philly and the dog killer.
  19. They got up to make sure he was still breathing. Probably called the cops too for his own safety. It really is sad.
  20. I was wondering what to make for dinner tomorrow ... now I know
  21. Zweigles whites are my favorite. Tried sahlens a week or two ago and can't say I was impressed. But to each his own.
  22. The fakes are getting quite good and extremely difficult to detect.
  23. Pats fans probably figured the weather favored them as well for their away game last weekend. My avatar shows how well that worked out for them
