  1. I had the same thought. I cannot understand how those plays are different. Either way, that was not a fumble, period. How could the ball move forward if no one touched him and the ball slipped out of his hand if it wasn't in his hand when he started moving his arm forward?
  2. Thanks for the help guys. I still want to say it was someone else though that I was thinking of (did not know about Stevie though). Maybe I'm thinking of Dareus? I seem to recall someone driving their grandmothers car to training camp.
  3. Good stuff right there! Always love to see athletes that stay humble despite the large sums of money they make. That reminds me, wasn't there a player on the Bills that did this a couple years ago?
  4. Considering that you likely know nothing about the OP, this is pretty uncalled for. Not sure what point you are trying to prove with this statement. To the OP: thanks for the analysis!
  5. Gilmore impressed me today. I tried to key in on him quite a few times and I noticed he has the natural ball hawking instincts that you can't teach and, as we already knew, has all the athleticism you need at CB. It was really nice to see him bounce back with this game after last week. This kid will be a great one.
  6. One game and he can't get at least 100 and a TD? BUST!!!
  7. I left as soon as we started kneeling it. No point in watching those snaps. What a great game to go to though!!
  8. Doesn't everybody know that the only way to judge a DE is by the number of sacks they get?
  9. 23, almost 24. Honestly only been a diehard since the 07 MNF against the Cowboys. I absolutely fell in love with the atmosphere in the stadium and the team after that. I didn't suffer through all the heartbreaks, but they hurt me now after knowing about them.
  10. It was a lateral pass, we didn't make the tackle, we lost. End of story.
  11. Looks like I'm not going to be able to make it unfortunately. I still can't put a regular shoe on. Hopefully next year I can join you guys!
  12. I didnt see the goal but we are now up 1-0! USA!!
  13. So what I've learned from this thread is that 1. retaliation is encouraged among bills fans and 2. that the only people actually affected by the refs non-calls are not allowed to say anything about said calls. I can't see how this could possibly taken as a bad thing if it draws attention to the problems these refs are causing.
  14. I was reading through this hoping to see someone would mention Doug Stanhope. I just came across him a couple months ago and absolutely love him. He is very vulgar and controversial, but his material is pure gold and absolutely hilarious.
  15. We were down 41-7 and brought it back to 48-28. I call that heart. The game was clearly over and they players were not giving up. You have to commend them for at least that.
  16. Same Cap'n. Tough to watch today but I don't call myself a diehard bills fan for no reason. I'll be in the rockpile next week cheering this team on as loud as I can!
  17. We now have to wait a year?!? Gilligan has done it again. Wow.
  18. Not all kids are irresponsible and are a pending liability for stupid acts
  19. Thanks for posting that! That was a really insightful read into who Mario is and how he thinks. Great stuff!
  20. I think what he meant was that we never found out exactly what happened. All Walt said was that there was a stupid disagreement or something of the sort. Sure we know he took $5,000 but what led up to that? Also, was it really only pride that forced Walt to decline the money from Elliott or was he still holding on to whatever transpired to lead up to the buyout? Lots of questions, IMO.
  21. Don't know if you guys missed it, but this thread is about Cordy Glenn, not Russell Wilson
  22. That does help me understand it a little better. Thanks Sage! That scene provided fantastic insight into why Walt is the way he is. That single scene made the entire struggle to obtain the power he now has make sense. He is a bitter, bitter man that will not stop for anyone or anything to get what he wants. I too am very interested to find out more about the whole Gray Matter situation and what went down. God I love this show
  23. I just can't understand the people that say they don't like Walt. I guess if you immerse yourself as one of the characters in the show then maybe, but I think his transformation has made this show great. I can't simply hate any of the characters for their personalities, as it all adds to the show and works brilliantly together. If Walt was your friend, then sure, I can see not liking him, but he is an incredibly deep character who has done the "Mr. Chips to Scarface" transition perfectly. This also kinda goes along with how some people say that Mike should have killed Walt when he had the chance. Well, if that did happen, there goes the show. Again, maybe I don't immerse myself totally into the show and only look at it as a show. Maybe someone can help me understand the other viewpoint on this?
  24. Wow. I am speechless after that episode. I'll have to come back later when I can put them into words. How incredible was that episode?!?
