I doubt anyone will read this as there's 3 pasges of other posts to read.......We're all spoiled having had Steve Christie for such a long time and Norwood (save the 1st Superbowl.) We're not used to having revolving kickers in the last decade. Other teams are luring guys out of retirement and signing half assed Vets on the eve of the season opener. I think Vinatieri would be great but it's not going to happen. I would like to see us get a reliable vet. Lindell Sucks

I'm glad E Moulds is staying. I'm glad he restructured willingly and I'm glad that it looks like JP is going to be the starting QB next year.

I played in HS with Eric Lane who played with Manning at TN and then a season with the Giants at FB. He was a RB in HS but Fulmer made him into a FB. Jim Finn the Giants cuurent FB (he also played for the Colts) was a Freshman when I was a Senior in HS

It's crazy we couldn't get himthe year before but were able to get him the next year on a deal that's supposed to be either less than he was seeking or at least more cap friendly. I love the guy.

Why would you doubt him? He is so well spoken. I'm sure he's picture perfect in the fittest of conditions makes nearly 7 figures and hangs out at only the finest of places. What a loser.....

I look at it this way. There's no way we're making the playoffs. Even if Drew gives us a better shot at winning (which at this point I'm not sure I believe) you might as well start the kid. We're going to lose most likely so why not get him ready for next year. If you think Bledsoe will be here in any other capacity than backup next year you're dreaming. Donahoe wants to sell tix and no one will be buying them if they think Bledsoe is starting. Even if Drew isn't always totally to blame he does little to elevate the level of play of his teammates. The great ones seem to be able to do that. I like Drew as a person but I think he doesn't have much left as a starter.

The Giants are playing at 1PM I thought they couldn't show any other games if the Jests/Giants were playing? Is it because the Giants are playing in GB?

It doesn't seem likely we'll win but I do have a feeling about this game. I think win or lose we'll know exactly where the rest of the season is heading. These guys don't need any more motivation. If they win obviously we know they have some guts and can beat an oustanding team. If they lose but play hard and hang in the game and lose by a small margin at least we know they have heart. Losing to a team like NE and hanging in there for 60min there's hope (although they're still 0-3) If they get blown out well then they have no heart and don't deserve any respect.

Nothing against Henry I like him a lot but I wouldn't mind them trying McGahee in the redzone on one drive to see how it works.

I admit I was pessimistic about the game. But a couple things make me more optimistic........one a Freak thing happened tonight on the train home from work where I hooked up with a chick and the other is I bet against the Bills on my weekly pick sheet. The Bills always screw me in one way or another so they'll win this week just to keep me from winning......

I agree. Don't know that Anderson would be able to make all the long ones but if we have short FG range guy I'd rather have him than Lindell...........
