  1. this is a real possibility at #8.....Pettine's defense relies on one on one coverage by the corners.....

  3. KC will be taking - Luke Joeckel * - OT Texas A&M with the first overall pick.... they will take a QB in the 2nd round.
  4. it's nice to see Buffalo "outfront" and decisive in their coaching search as compared to the rest of the league. the head coach and defensive coordinator choices are solid.....the offensive coordinator choice is fresh but risky..... they will only be successful if they get a FRANCHISE QB......
  5. Buddy Nix has FINAL say for this draft......if and when whaley becomes GM remains to be played out.... having said that, its very possible that Russ Brandon wants a QB and has steared the "team" consensus in that direction. buddy has already tipped their hand....they are drafting a QB early.
  6. #16 - Johnathan Hankins * - DT #17 - Tyler Eifert * - TE #18 - Ezekiel Ansah - DE #19 - Dion Jordan - DE #20 - John Jenkins - DT #21 - Kenny Vaccaro - S #22 - Mike Glennon - QB #23 - Sam Montgomery * - DE #24 - Sharrif Floyd * - DT #25 - Alex Okafor - DE
  7. Dr. Andrews hopes and believes RG3 will be ready for season “Robert Griffin III had successful knee surgery early this morning. He had a direct repair of his LCL and a re-do of his previous ACL reconstruction. We expect a full recovery and it is everybody’s hope and belief that due to Robert’s high motivation, he will be ready for the 2013 season. The goal of his treatment is to give him the best opportunity for a long professional career.” http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2013/01/09/dr-andrews-hopes-and-believes-rg3-will-be-ready-for-season/
  8. his big board goes to 25.....they both dropped out (were in 20's last time).
  9. #1- Jarvis Jones * - OLB #2- Damontre Moore * - DE #3- Luke Joeckel * - OT #4- Star Lotulelei - DT #5- Chance Warmack - G #6- Manti Te'o - LB #7- Alec Ogletree * - LB #8- Barkevious Mingo * - DE #9- Bjoern Werner * - DE #10- Dee Milliner * - CB #11- Sheldon Richardson * - DT #12- Jonathan Cooper - G #13- Eric Fisher - OT #14- Cordarrelle Patterson * - WR #15 - Taylor Lewan * OT #22- Mike Glennon - QB * denotes junior
  10. if he declines to play.....maybe the fix is in ??
  11. you probably shouldn't watch it on the plane....
  12. fitz is gone.....he will never see his early march bonus..... they may use the 8th pick on a QB...but it won't be nassib...
  13. in just this one game, there is alot to like there.....a solid 2nd round pick..... PRO's- quick, strong, compact release. very accurate. average mobility. CON's- ball comes out a little low. NOTES- his offensive line looked weak and his WR's dropped alot of balls that were catchable in the NFL. draft him in the 2nd and someone else in the 1st....that's right....i want two fresh faces.
  14. the secondary was by far the strength of the jets defense.....
  15. SPLASH.....so big, your gonna have to refill the pool....
  16. Mixed reports on length of Griffin’s rehab... ESPN’s Chris Mortensen, who expanded the torn-ligament alphabet by adding ACL to the prior report of a torn LCL, says that Griffin will need six-to-eight months to recover. The Washington Post, citing a doctor who hasn’t treated or evaluated Griffin, says that the rehab time on an LCL tear can cover eight to 12 months. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2013/01/09/mixed-reports-on-length-of-griffins-rehab/
  17. FRANCHISE QB = success........it's really as simple as that
  18. Report: Robert Griffin III out 6-8 months with complete ACL, LCL tears http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2013/01/09/report-robert-griffin-iii-out-6-8-months-with-complete-acl-lcl-tears/
  19. hope he locks up Pettine on the defensive side....
  20. why risk injury ?.....i don't blame him one bit......as of right now, he's going in the first round, even if he stiffs the combine.......all he can do now is hurt himself and his chances.....
  21. i like your assesment...... here are my "blue chip" players....in order......Levitre, Spiller, Kyle Williams (if healthy), Wood and Mario Williams.....thats it !!.....all others still have much to prove.....
  22. when maybin is getting snaps....you have talent issues......inspite of that top 10 defense last 4 years.... jets have a good secondary, but their front 7 is nothing special....
