  1. wait.....you mean there is a record of things you have previously said ??.....oh crap.....{laffin}
  2. Jaworski: I've moved Manziel from fourth round to third round http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2014/03/27/jaworski-ive-moved-manziel-from-fourth-round-to-third-round/
  3. i'm not on the johnny football bandwagon. his 3/4 release is low and will get blocked at the line of scrimmage. he can't read defenses fast enough at the NFL level. his fight or flight instincts will get him killed. having said all that, he helped himself today. which is good for the bills as we need two QB's to go in the draft before we pick.
  4. The new deal is for one year and $8 million, with $3 million guaranteed, the source said. It also has an option for two more years that could bring the total amount of the deal to $22.5 million. http://espn.go.com/boston/nfl/story/_/id/10684696/new-england-patriots-restructure-vince-wilfork-contract
  5. At the owners meetings in Orlando, Fla., general manager Les Snead told Pro Football Talk that he believed the Rams' chances of landing Britt were "better than 50 percent." http://espn.go.com/blog/nflnation/post/_/id/122545/rams-optimistic-about-landing-britt
  6. Johnny Manziel sits down with Mike Mayock, Kurt Warner and Paul Burmeister to discuss his pro day performance and explains why off the field issues should not be a concern for NFL teams. http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-network-path-to-the-draft/0ap2000000337474/Final-takeaways-from-Manziel-s-pro-day
  7. Blackouts = not supporting enough pretty simple
  8. New NFLPA president likes the idea of expanded playoffs: "For the record, I don't put expanded playoffs in the same category as 18 games," Winston told SportsRadio 610 in Houston. "We're talking about one extra game possibly, for two teams or four teams total, if you would count both AFC [and] NFC." http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2014/03/27/new-nflpa-president-likes-the-idea-of-expanded-playoffs/
  9. "we have to find a long term solution" DOES NOT EQUAL they're not leaving. we basically have 2-3 years to make a good first impression on a new owner and about 6 years from now before a new owner can trigger the lease's brief opt-out window after the 2019 season which allows for the Bills to be relocated for a $28.4-million fee, peanuts in a purchase-and-relocation transaction that might easily exceed $1 billion. http://blogs.canoe.ca/krykslants/nfl/bills-cannot-be-relocated-before-2020-the-long-reported-400m-buyout-option-does-not-exist/
  10. at some point the NFL itself will probably back/support another development league like the NBA, MLB & NHL do.
  11. some owners are not in it for ROI. if they wanted to make money they would drill another well. sellouts would make it very difficult for a majority of owners to approve any relocation request.
  12. his logic is crystal clear support = sellouts sellouts are the only unit of measure that demonstrates support to the league and a new owner. all other forms of support are nice, but meaningless in the end towards keeping the team in buffalo. some folks who are able, may be motivated to become season ticket holders simply knowing it is important in keeping the team here. I think it is important and have 10 seasons tix. he is also giving a talk is cheap poke if you will to the folks who constantly complain about the Toronto series or fear relocation , etc... to buy some tix. again, if you are able. in my opinion the biggest reason most folks don't buy tix is financial, but use other excuses in frustration of losing as a reason not to buy.
  13. they are still in Buffalo because of Ralph. support = sellouts that is the only measure that matters.
  14. don't you have another brother named Darryl ?
  15. hopefully the new flex pricing will make it easier to sellout in December.
  16. Buffalo Bills Lease Terms Summary http://www2.erie.gov/exec/index.php?q=buffalo-bills-lease-terms-summary%20
  17. all I can say is, that his interpretation is above my pay grade, I hope he is right. i'm just surprised that Polancarz and others haven't stated that previously.
  18. total nonsense http://www2.erie.gov/exec/index.php?q=buffalo-bills-stadium-lease
  19. Longtime Bills treasurer Jeffrey C. Littmann, 59, is one of the executors of Wilson's estate, and he will be part of the decision-making team in charge of overseeing the sale of the team. It's believed there are one or two other executors in addition to Littmann. http://www.buffalonews.com/sports/bills-nfl/what8217s-next-for-the-bills-for-now-the-team-will-be-controlled-by-a-trust-20140325
  20. if ralph ever came out and said the bills are staying in WNY no matter what, he would have lost his leverage to get the county and state to kick in the same support that most if not all other nfl franchises enjoy from their local and state governments.
  21. it's all torn up everywhere with this renovation. I think they would fill the stadium twice over if they held a memorial.
