  1. although at times we have talked about every possibilty, i would say the least talked about are #1- trading up to the #1 overall pick (usually because the price would be like 3-4 @ #1 picks). #2- trading for a proven franchise qb (usually because we never believe another other team would do it). #3- we have talked ad nauseam of available lower level free agents and using a 2nd or 3rd round pick on another development qb.
  2. total; horse poo....this is a spoof article.
  3. and now his girlfriend landed the cover of SI swimsuit edition http://www.si.com/swim-daily/2015/02/04/si-swimsuit-2015-cover-reveal-hannah-davis
  4. those "sources" should be reading TBD.... cause i don't think a scenario exists that we haven't talked about...
  5. eliminate the qb position......direct snap to rb or wr
  6. just for the record...i think the pats and Brady are GUILTY of knowingly deflating balls for years. i also think that many, many other qb's/teams are doing the same thing. i think the commish bungled this sting operation against one club, when he should have known it was a league wide problem and put his foot down with a cease and desist warning letter to ALL 32 teams.
  7. "several more" were either right at, or barely beneath, the correct inflation mark.
  8. Cleveland Browns and GM Ray Farmer facing possible suspension, fine, loss of draft pick for 'Textgate' | cleveland.com The Browns and general manager Ray Farmer could be penalized soon for the Text-gate scandal, in which Farmer may have texted from the press level to the sidelines during a game, which is against the rules. http://inagist.com/all/563023023981481984/ more cheaters deflate gate snitch D'Qwell Jackson arrested in D.C. http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/12277786/dqwell-jackson-indianapolis-colts-arrested-assault-parking-spot The Browns are one of three teams being investigated for allegedly breaking rules during games. The Patriots are also being investigated for Deflategate, while the Falcons are being investigated for Noisegate. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/02/04/textgate-browns-may-lose-a-draft-pick-ray-farmer-may-be-suspended/
  9. this just in.....players and coaches riding boats thru boston streets....i think they are calling it a victory parade. In the 1990s, the Broncos won Super Bowl trophies in 1997 and 1998 with theassistance of salary-cap violations from 1996 through 1998. Denver eventually lost a third-round pick, paid a whopping $950,000 fine, and a still-unnamed agent and a player donated $100,000 to charity. Does anyone ever say those two Lombardis are tarnished? http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/02/04/if-the-patriots-cheated-theyre-hardly-alone/
  10. New report says only one Patriots football was seriously deflated http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nfl-shutdown-corner/new-report-says-only-one-patriots-football-was-seriously-deflated-165514858.html;_ylt=AwrBT_vPVtJUwRMAHORXNyoA;_ylu=X3oDMTEyNjhnanYyBHNlYwNzcgRwb3MDNARjb2xvA2JmMQR2dGlkA1FJMDQ4XzE-
  11. according to coy wire, who played for buffalo, says the Bills players were actively involved in Bountygate with greg williams, but escaped punishment. according to matt leinart, who played for buffalo, says every QB, including himself (except for kurt warner), tampers with the ball. i've been at bills home games where it sure sounds like they were piping in crowd noise. some cheerleaders claim the bills cheated them out of wages. the bills have been cheating their fans for years... numerous players suspended for cheating with ped's
  12. If the Patriots cheated, they’re hardly alone http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/02/04/if-the-patriots-cheated-theyre-hardly-alone/
  13. whew...started going through withdrawals
  14. in a heartbeat revis is top 3 at his position in league hughes isn't even in the top 3 of DL on his own team.
  15. in 2008 they finished 11-5 with matt cassell getting 15 starts (10-5)
  16. besides the fact it makes perfect sense...... new england will not keep him at a cap hit of $25 mil for 2015. revis will become a UFA and new england will still try to resign him. if not NE then revis & rex is the next most likely scenario. bills better be careful....NE already has tampering charges against the jets after owner woody johnson's comments.
  17. #1- draft a HOF qb with a 6th round pick if that fails #2- use the draft and cap space primarily on Front 7 type players (bills history is just the opposite with wr, rb & db's)
  18. Super Bowl XLIX was the most-viewed television program in history The Patriots-Seahawks showdown enjoyed a 49.7 rating. In other words, 49.7 percent of the homes that had televisions on had them tuned to the Super Bowl. That's an astounding number, ten times the size of even the most popular TV shows, and it's exactly why advertisers are willing to fork out $4.5 million for 30 seconds' worth of ad time. http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nfl-shutdown-corner/super-bowl-sets-viewership-record-161138960.html
  19. Richard Sherman, Tom Brady combine for the defining photo of Super Bowl XLIX http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nfl-shutdown-corner/richard-sherman--tom-brady-combine-for-the-defining-photo-of-super-bowl-xlix-040118313.html love that guy....

  23. NBC Sports PR has announced that the Patriots’ Super Bowl XLIX victory over the Seahawks delivered a 49.7 overnight rating, the highest in Super Bowl history. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/02/02/super-bowl-delivers-its-highest-overnight-tv-rating-ever/ NFL more popular than ever.....
