bottom 5 for last years O-line is very fair. so far, the only upgrade is richie, a guy who didn't play last year. unless someone steps up or whaley makes another move, we will be lucky to crack the Top 20. -

As PFT noted back in March, the Panthers and Vikings were caught (literally) red-handed in late November, with ball boys using sideline, jet-engine, gates-of-hell heaters. So what happened to the Panthers and Vikings? They and the rest of the league received a reminder that this kind of thing is frowned upon. when the NFL became aware of what the Panthers and Vikings were doing, the NFL said, “Stop it.” The NFL didn’t do that with respect to the Patriots, opting to set a trap in lieu of alerting them to the concern and warning them to knock it off as the AFC title game approached. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/05/07/ball-tampering-involving-panthers-vikings-produced-a-far-different-reaction/?ocid=Yahoo&partner=ya5nbcs a botched sting operation -

from the commissioners stand point...this is much more egregious than not imposing a stiff enough penalty for a player violating the conduct policy. this is the commissioner willfully and deliberately setting a trap to embarrass and discredit an owner.. a trap which now is clearly a botched sting operation...and not just any owner.....but one of the most powerful owners, who had your back in previous tough times. if i'm any other owner, i no longer trust or have confidence in roger goodell. -

the league should have known QB's getting the balls they way they like em was a common practice and sent a cease and desist order to ALL 32 teams......not set up a sting operation to catch and embarrass one club. a sting operation which they botched from the moment Indy officially complained. -

Turning a critical eye on Wells report the Wells report concluded that the average rate of drop in 11 Patriots footballs was significantly more than the average rate of drop in four Colts footballs. Why 11 to four? Because officials measured only four Colts footballs, as they were running out of time before the second half began. This simply isn't fair to take a larger sample size and compare it to a smaller sample size. For example, I could just as easily pick the initial four Patriots PSI measurements (a drop from 12.5 to 11.80, 11.20, 11.50 and 11.00 from alternate official Dyrol Prioleau), match them up with the four Colts measurements (a drop from an estimated 13.0/13.1 to 12.35, 12.30, 12.95 and 12.15 from Prioleau), and come to a different conclusion that the drop rates of PSI between the two teams were close. http://espn.go.com/blog/boston/new-england-patriots/post/_/id/4781236/turning-a-critical-eye-on-wells-report conclusion: a BOTCHED sting operation btw: i believe 100% that brady is guilty -

Here is the note from the (INDY) equipment manager to the NFL. It describes exactly what NFL investigators believe happened before the AFC title game: As far as the gameballs are concerned it is well known around the league that after the Patriots gameballs are checked by the officials and brought out for game usage the ballboys for the patriots will let out some air with a ball needle because their quarterback likes a smaller football so he can grip it better, it would be great if someone would be able to check the air in the game balls as the game goes on so that they don't get an illegal advantage. http://finance.yahoo.com/news/colts-sent-nfl-email-explaining-140416456.html -

the "league" should have known it was a COMMON practice by QB's to alter PSI. a cease and desist letter to ALL 32 teams was the proper course of action.....not a botched sting operation to embarrass one club. -
