Dude.. it's not a behavioral question. It's an antagonizing question. It doesn't matter who I work for, the question is inappropriate. A behavioral question is, How have you dealt with adversity? Tell me a time when you had a disagreement with a team mate, how did you handle it? Maybe you just aren't smart enough to know the difference? Oh, by the way, I work for a multi-billion dollar company, thanks.

I'm a recruiter and have performed hundreds of behavioral interviews.. This question is not a behavioral question PERIOD.

Sure your environment impacts character, but for many it makes them stronger. Ask him questions about his environment growing up.. not if his mom is a prostitute. That is just whack.

I think this guy looks pretty solid.. seems a tad slow but great run stuffer and can really use his strength to push into the backfield. We just added some serious run stopping power to the D-line with the last two picks.
