  1. I couldnt disagree more about just a bit more than avg. Cousins went on an absolutely insane run the second half of 2015 - his numbers in the second half were other worldly. He followed up 2015 by passing for just under 5000 yds and a 2:1 TD/int ratio while completing 67% of his passes. He ranked 3rd in passing yards, top 10 in completion %, and 3rd in yards per attempt. Hes 28. Just entering his prime. The standards of what an avg, good, or really good QB on this board is a little perplexing. Just my opinion. To think that they can just draft his replacement that easily is extremely misleading.
  2. I feel that the skins are fine. Yeh Garcon is good but they drafted Doctson in the 1st round last yr and hes a big target at 6'4 whatever he is. Crowder looks very good. They can draft a WR in the middle rounds or pay for a lower tier WR for depth. And of course they still have Reed who is a stud. Dumping Cousins will be a mistake. They need to fix that defense and learn how to run the ball more effectively.
  3. NFL Network's Mike Garofolo suggested the Patriots are seeking two first-round picks in exchange for Jimmy Garoppolo.
  4. CSN Chicago reports the 49ers, Jets, and Bills have all dropped out of the bidding for free agent Mike Glennon.
  5. You may be right. Bc it makes zero sense.
  6. It actually amazes me how dysfunctional the Skins appear to be from the outside. They have a great young QB, elite TE, some nice young WR in crowder and doctson. And they are seemingly messing everything up by screwing around with Cousins. Years of throwing money around to other teams players and now they refuse to throw money at their own young QB that can keep them in the playoffs for the next 8yrs. Amazing.
  7. I thought groy played pretty damn well last season. I remember thinking that the OLine was going to completely fall apart after Wood's injury. He held his own.
  8. Stevie Johnson had some good celebrations with us. Baseball players get to celebrate, get paid ridiculous amounts of money, and eat sunflower seeds for 4hrs. NFL players spin a ball and the critics come out.
  9. If i were Lynn id worry about how they went 5-11 last yr with so many weapons.
  10. What we're doing isnt working? Clearly. And who has been the architect of what we've been doing?
  11. I personally dont have a problem with this. I mean we hire coaches for a reason. By bringing in someone else we undermine the coach. Kickers are head cases imo. And Carp lost his edge.
  12. Haha. Dont confuse him. Let him be.
  13. Can we ask for a loan?
  14. Agreed kinda. Money has gone insane in baseball. Not football. Nba is ridiculous too. But football is still not at that level. When you have Bryce Harper thinking hes worth half a billion dollars you know the system is broken. What's trout worth then? 1billion? Should he be part owner of the Angels? Baseball has gone bonkers.
  15. But they dont report things how they are. At least not in this case.
  16. Majbobby has 4000 posts in 5mo detailing how much TT sucks. So if the Bills keep him its obviously not bc he's wrong, its strictly for ticket sales.(shrugs)
  17. I dont personally view him as a top 3 corner in the NFL. Though obviously contracts keep going up so theres that
  18. Gilmore wants to be paid ~$14m annually. Gilmore wants more than Janoris Jenkins ($12.5 million per year) got last offseason and more than the $14 million annually Richard Sherman received in 2014. Only two cornerbacks -- Josh Norman ($15 million) and Patrick Peterson ($14.01 million) -- make more than Sherman, so Gilmore is probably looking to set a new mark for corners. Gilmore turns 27 this year and is drawing significant interest from the Bears. He's unlikely to re-sign with the Bills. Source nbc sports
  19. I dont think its been posted so have to pump him up: Jabrill Peppers, based on his combine: - Runs faster than Antonio Brown - Quicker than DeSean Jackson - Jumps higher than A.J. Green
  20. So now we diminish division rivalry games too. Miami made the playoffs no? Again, in those three games our defense averaged 33 points against. Remind me again where the problem lies. Overall Our defense points against vs division opponents: 37 0* (no brady) 28 41 34 30 If your defense gets obliterated vs divisional opponents you dont stand a chance at the playoffs. And these amazing defensive performances came with a QB that doesnt throw 2-3int per game.
  21. Youre really something else. "Pantsed" by Tanny and Fitz. You mean our DEFENSE was "pantsed" by Tanny and Fitz. In 3 games vs the Jets/Fins Tyrod averaged: 322 all purpose yards per game And TOTALED 8TD 1INT If you call that getting "pantsed" you need to go watch another sport. In those 3 games our defense gave up 37 points, 28 points, and 34 points.
