But your missing the point. Its not about $$. Its about why people go to Vegas to begin with. And a person doesnt go to Vegas to spend $$$ to sit in a stadium baking in the sun to watch men stand around waiting for the refs to tell them the TV commercial break is done. Are Vegas tourists going to wake up at 10 am to go watch a 1pm game when the Raiders are 2-5? Lmao. The thought of that makes me want to vomit. How do baseball teams manage to fill stadiums on Sundays in August? Tell me what the average temp in SF is in October.

I agree. Granted, there will always be a contingent that does, however, i think thatll be the extreme minority. In the long run, any sustained attendance will have to come from the community itself, not tourists. If the Raiders arent doing too hot 3-5 years from now, who in their right mind is going to waste a Sunday in Vegas watching an average football team? The thought of that is blasphemy to me.

But the root of the issue is you dont travel to Vegas to watch football. Thats a waste of money in my opinion since football is literally the most boring thing going on in Vegas. Just my opinion.

Wow I had not seen a picture of the 49ers last game until this thread. There may be 2,000 people in that stadium for the second half. That's ridiculous and embarrassing for the fanbase. I don't blame the ownership in SF. SF is an iconic franchise in the NFL, have had a very, very rich history. Have had success in the last decade as well. And b/c the team builds a stadium 30-40 minutes you're telling me those clown fans in SF can't get their tiny little smart cars to drive that distance? Give me a break. What an embarrassment that fanbase is. The part that actually made me laugh is that "70% of the seats are in the sun"..LMFAO..really???? Is SF located in Qatar? Will the SF fans melt if they sit in the sun on a 60 degree day for more than an hour??? B.R.U.T.A.L.

What bothers me most about ESPN is the same complaint I have about CNN and FOX: 24/7 sports (news) coverage is not practical so they almost have to go out of their way to dramatize everything in order to justify their existence. Instead of just showing me unadulterated sports or news, they need to tell me and show me how i should feel about sports or news. Its blipping nauseating.
