  1. I still think a big focus next draft is going to be finding a MLB field general like the Panthers had in Keuchly. Micah Kiser from Virginia would be awesome.
  2. Weird situation. I find it fascinating how someone (regardless of their field of work) can literally work their entire life towards achieving a goal only to realize after reaching their goal that it's not what they wanted. Life.
  3. Dimarco has been irrelevant.
  4. I believe the best way to attack this defense is the way we should've attacked the Panthers: Spread the defense out, instantly creating space for Shady and Tyrod. Call some misdirection plays. Run some play action on 1st down. Get the pocket moving a bit more.
  5. Nice! I only watched him a couple of times in college and never paid much attention to be honest. Very impressed so far. I do not miss Gilmore at all.
  6. He has been amazing. It's crazy to think we changed the entire secondary from last year and the results show so far. The rookie Tre White has also made some nice plays in coverage.
  7. All kidding aside. This offense has a long way to go from offering a rookie QB help. We need upgrades on the OL, a legit explosive WR, and we'll need a RB in 1-2yrs
  8. Fair point. But Im not sure if the primary issue from yesterdays game is a lack of Watkins. We missed a deep threat in many games last year and still put up points in bunches. The inability to adjust the offensive gameplan yesterday to counter what the defense was doing was the primary problem imo. We should have spread out the defense much earlier once it was clear we couldnt ground and pound them. Spreading out the defense wouldve mitigated the Panthers' speed and aggressiveness and wouldve given Tyrod the option to find the receiver or scramble for positive yards. That shouldve been the priority to start the second half.
  9. Von Miller out?
  10. The game @ Miami last yr Shady had like 8 carries for 11 yards and left injured. We had no Woods. We had no Watkins. We scored 25 points and TT had over 250 total yards and 2TD. This offense is nowhere near that.
  11. Great post. Very well said.
  12. LMAO. Dude youre on a roll.
  13. No i never thought of that. Ever. He needs to do a better job of running routes, pass blocking, catching balls, and running for positive gains.
  14. Tyrod was never under duress? What game were you watching?
  15. We'll see. Roman and Lynn were able to score a lot with TT and Shady. Lynn at one point last season, deep into the season, had this offense ranked as a top 8 scoring offense.
  16. Considering he had about 7 pass attempts in the first half, I'd ask you: what did you expect?
  17. lol fair enough.
  18. Agree on both. I just hope this doesn't end up being the offensive version of Rex imposing his scheme on players when they clearly weren't best suited for it.
  19. lol. I don't care what you may think of the site on a personal level. Ranking players that play on a team sport, by its very nature, is subjective. Any site, any ranking system, no matter how good it is, is going to be flawed. All I said was that teams are actually paying for this information, so for people to say it's "garbage" is ridiculous. I'll leave it at that. lol. sorry man.
  20. Compounding the problem was that a lot of the runs were for a loss. Just a horrible game from every single player on that offense as well as the OC. Playing a very good, fast defense like Carolina, we need to approach the offensive game plan like we did vs Seattle last year: spread them out and pass the ball. Spreading the defense out mitigates the effectiveness of their speed, and it makes them cover 5 receivers, in addition to Tyrod being able to run the ball. Doing that may have also allowed us to set up the run with the pass.
  21. I don't know, and you don't know. All I said is that 27 teams are clients of PFF. If you need me to show you more than that, I'm sorry. Maybe the janitor is subscribing? Would that make you happy? You guys are utterly ridiculous with your agendas. I say 27 teams subscribe to PFF and you want me to tell you who shot JFK. 100% of rankings are at least 1% subjective.
  22. Geeze dude, READ THE ARTICLE. If you still want proof of NFL teams' subscriptions to PFF beyond that, I'd suggest you write a letter to the NFL.
  23. https://www.si.com/mmqb/2017/06/27/nfl-analytics-what-nfl-teams-use-pff-stats-llc-tendencies-player-tracking-injuries-chip-kelly You're silly. Do I need to show you Obama's birth certificate too?
