Brady only reason

Bills took care of business on the road against a team they should have beat. And they did it without the best open field player in the NFL right now( C.J.) for most of the game. Now we go into the heart of the schedule with a tough one vs Brady and Co. in a key AFC East game. OB's Pats still have Brady but surprisingly Fitz has more TD passes so far. Brady has become a pocket passer . Problem is his line is not what it used to be. Fitz has been mistake free last 2 games and Bills have won both. Will we get Fitzmagic or Fitzpicksix? Edge Pats. RB's Losing I feel the best player in the NFL (yes I said it) for this game sucks big time. But #22 is a beast himself. Fred will have to share some carries with Choice who looked good last week. No way Jackson is 100 percent but still will have to be accounted for. Watch the Bills use him in the screen game to limit the pounding. Woodhead, Ridley dont scare me like Richardson did last week. Bills should watch out for the draw game from the Pats. Edge Bills WR's Stevie can get open against anybody one on one. Problem is Billicheat will take him out. Jones has played well. TJ Graham made some good plays last week and look for the Bills to throw deep to him this week finally. Him plus Chandler will have to take some pressure off Stevie. Hernandez is out but they still have Gronk,Welker, Lloyd and Edelman too throw to. Welker burned the Bills here last yr. Expect him to be a big part of the Pats attack this week. Edge Pats BillsOL vs Pats DL Bills have one of the best OLines in the league. Credit Buddy for making this happen. Wood vs. Wilfork is an All-pro matchup. Glenn vs Chandler Jones is a good one as well. Bills not allowed a sack this yr. (I dont count Fitz's fumble last week) Edge Bills Pats OL vs Bills DL I expect Anderson to have a big game. This is the game we got Mario for period. If Kyle and Dareus can get pressure up the middle vs Mankins and Connolly Brady will be seeing some turf. This is a good matchup. I fully expect the Bills to stop the run this week which they have done for most of the yr. Edge Bills LB's Barnett has been very solid and is quietly having a fine season so far. Moats is playing better and so is Shep. B.Scott will see alot of playing time this week. Mayo and Spikes are better vs the run but can be liable to the pass. Hightower is a rookie and plays like it sometimes. Edge Even Coverage. This is a concern for the Bills. A. Williams I thought played well last well but Gilmore is still learning on the job and he will be tested by a crafty vet in Lloyd. You bet Brady is gonna test him and test him often. Think the Pats will go hard after Wilson with the TE's. On the flip side the Pats are gonna have to double Stevie so somebody will be l one on one. Jones had a good game last yr . McCourty and Arrington wont scare most teams but they will get INT's if they have a chance. Edge Even Special Teams McLovin is playing his butt off on returns and seems to enjoy his role back there. If he continues to do what he is doing the Bills will have the edge in field position. This is huge. If he breaks to the house the Bills chances of winning go way up. I don't agree with letting Moorman go before this game. Maybe it should have been done during the bye week to get everybody used to each other. This kid Powell better be worth it . Who will hold for Lindell?? Gostkowski is ok but missed under pressure vs AZ. Really the Pats should be 2-1. Dont sleep on Edelman he can bust one also if givin a crease kid is Fast. Edge Even because of the Moorman release Coaching. This week this is the key to the game. I thought Chan did a great job last week in adjusting to losing CJ. Think he will have a something up his sleeve for this week as well. Look for the Bills to throw deep this week a few times to loosen things up . Would like to see them pound the rock and keep Brady off the field as much as possible. Bellichek will have his team ready to play after losing 2 in a row. I bet we see the Pats go no-huddle to try and wear down the Bills D-lin Edge Pats. Prediction Pats will come out fired up knowing they need this game to get to 2-2. This scares me big time. The Bills have the potential to pressure Brady. I think the Pats will use the Jets game as a model and get the ball out quick and they have the talent to do so. As much as I want the Bills to win I don't see it without C.J. With C.J and Fred I think the Bills would win a shootout like last years game at the Ralph. But with Fred not 100 percent and CJ out I don't think the Bills will be able to outscore Brady. The 12th man is gonna be drunk...err fired up for this one. As a matter of fact the Bills if they win the coin toss I would like to see them take the ball and try to get an early lead. They need to do something positive early to have a chance. I say if there anyway Fred can play even at 80 percent u play him because with him your chance of winning goes way up. Its a division game with a chance to go up 2 games on the Pats. Damn right you play him even its its to use him for the screen game .

Feel like our O-line is one of the best in the league and Chan will have a full week to figure out how to attack with the run game.When B-more started to hand the ball to Ray Rice from Rutgers they started controlling the game and they wore out the Pats D-line. I think if we can get into 3rd and short often enough we can move the chains and keep Brady off the field and keep our D-line fresh. That's how we gonna win and I would not be surprised if we do win without both Fred and CJ. We still have Stevie, Chandler, Jones and Choice so we still have enough talent to move the ball. It sucks we dont have CJ for this game because I feel he was the best player in the NFL before he got hurt. But if we manage to pull it off it would be one of the most impressive wins under the Chan/Nix watch.

I thought this was an impressive win. The lost CJ but Choice had a good game. Our Oline is on of the best in the league. I hope CJ is short term. D came up big with 2 INT's in the last minutes. Fitz 3 TD's no INT's. I wish they take a shot or 2 deep every once in a while but it worked for them today. This was truly a team win. 2-1 And If Fred comes back we will be in good shape for the Pats.

This We been waiting 12 yrs. My patience ran out after last season after being 5-2. Show me the baby or buy a new crib .

For you guys commenting on what happened outside the bar that night well sometimes good lawyers can get you out of anything to a point. Ray happened to be one of those people that could in a sense buy some justice for himself. As seen before people being black or white can if they have enough money get them selfs out of a jam. Me I cant Judge Ray Ray on what happened that night. I see a Man who knows he made a mistake and has turned his life around. It seems like he has a close relationship with God. That impresses me more than anything he has done on the field. To me his next career will be an Motivational Speaker. And He will get paid doing that too. I love the guy . Sure Hall of Famer and one of my favorite all time players.

I predict Mario will get 2 sacks this week.

Lit.... very good post . Maybe better than some I have seen in the newspapers. Great job. If Mario does this every week his sacks will come. He effected the game because like you said Charles or the TE had to help out. This also leads to Kyle, Dareus and Mark Anderson with one on ones. I am beginning to think Kyle is unblockable most weeks with just one person. I would not be surprised if those DT's we have both end up with double digit sacks just because of Super Mario and if that happens he would earn his check.

Well we even at 1-1 and with a good chance at making it 2-1. This week will be a simple breakdown. Bills Offence vs Browns Defense. The Bills will have the edge at RB, QB, OL, WR this week. Bills O-line to my surprise is one of the best in the league. Glenn may have been a better choice than Gilmore. Thanks Buddy. C.J. is playing lights out and the Browns will stack the box early. Hope is that Chan will run the ball anyway just like last week. Granted the Browns D is better than the Chiefs but I still think we will and should be able to move the ball and score. Browns Offence vs Bills Defense. Weeden and Richardson are the main players. Bills might want to gang tackle this week because Richardson maybe the best back they have faced this year.Hate to say this but he reminds me of a more fluid Beast Mode. Weeden is a wildcard. Think the Bills might will pressure him get him rattled early and force him to make mistakes. FS Byrd might be out which we be a HUGE loss. But can any of the Browns WR's take advantage? DL edge Bills LB's Even Secondary even if Byrd is out. Special teams Even. Dont sleep on Cribbs he can take it to the house. Buffalo Cleveland games will put you to sleep. They are low scoring Defensive affairs. C.J and Richardson keys to game. Think whoever has the better day that team will win. This game is a tossup to me because the Bills have been so bad on the road. Put it like this...if the Bills want to reach the playoffs they have to win these type of games. They win a close one. The Bills were smart in tapping into the Toronto market but at the same time created a monster. Think about it, if T.O. gets another home game the Bills will play 10 road games each year. It takes the 12th man out of two contests. George Wilson said the T.O. series is a road game. You beat it is. To me if OBD focus was in getting better players as opposed to making money we would be in the playoffs years ago. But when an organization focus is just staying afloat you get what we have got for the last 12 yrs. Having said that I give Ralph credit for keeping the team here. But when he passes on it is gonna be a hot mess of a situation. What person with deep pockets is going to what to keep the team here with the Toronto agreement in place?? I just don't see it happening that way. We better hope and pray that some team moves to LA before Ralph dies . Or we gonna be like Cleveland but worse.

RIP Steve Sabel Before Al Gore and the internet the only true way to watch highlights of game when I grew up was watching NFL films on HBO. I loved that show. The way they presented the games was a stroke of genius. I loved how he would zoom on a tight spiral of a pass and then you see the player catch it. This is very sad news and an end of an era. The NFL owes a huge debit to NFL Films and the Sabels for making the league what it is today.

I will take a pretty win, an ugly win, dont care as long as it is a win. 1-9 last ten games this team is , we need a win period.

I dont claim to be smart but.... It may seem Chan is pass happy. But you have to have a good a great QB for this offense to work. a QB that is 1-9 in his last 10 games one would think hey this isn't working. Now the defense needs to stop people and it hasn't done so in 2 yrs. But even if the D does its part Fitz is a streaky QB. Plus to me he is a easy QB to defend. Part of the problem is the Bills rarely throw deep. Teams are just squating on those underneath routes. This make Fitz's job even harder because he has to be perfect on those throws. So I think to sum up Chan is asking to much from Fitz.

Are you kidding me? Really Stevie is our only true WR out with Nelson on IR. Chan has to play 2 TE's more in this game anyway. And the way Spiller is running why not give him 23 carries. Chances are he gonna bust a big one sooner or later. This is what kills me about the Bills, they think they have a QB that can win a game by himself. Clearly as Fitz 1-9 record last 10 games proves that he cant get it done. If Chan does not see this then fire his ass and we have to start all over...again

I am more scarred of Charles than Tebow and Greene put together. So i understand why ATL played it like that early. But what concerns me even more is Chan has been getting out coached badly vs Ryan. That statement includes the entire coaching staff. They sure knew were a weakness was on D. (McKelvin, Gilmore ( rookie) . And they damn sure know how to play Fitz. But the Bills have to play more aggressive on Offense. I didnt see 1 deep pass the whole first half.

I think the Bills will try it again with 4 see if they get better pressure . But I bet Wanny will blitz because him and Chan did speak about it after the game.

Wanny thought he could get to Sanchez by just rushing 4 but it was 4 vs. 5 OL the whole game it seemed. For watching just the first half they never blitzed. I think we will see more of the Blitz in this game. Cant let Qb's have all day to pass they will find somebody open.

If they can win these next 2 games and be 2-1 before the NE game that might give them some life. I dont like the notion we might be 0-2 in the AFC east so early. We shall see.
