  1. Nice. I looked, and they also won the lone home game amidst that stretch. @GB, @Mia, @NE* (Loss), NYJ, @Raiders, @Indy
  2. Ugh.... so I just moved back to Rochester from Austin, Texas... I was hoping for @NYJ; Thursday Night makes it hard. Also hoping for @WAS; that it's right before Christmas makes it hard. @PHI still a possibility, though December... I might try to swing Virginia Tech home game Fri Oct 9, then @TEN on Sunday Oct. 11.
  3. Yeah.... the date thrown around previously for this year was April 17... so hopefully April 23 is the "actual" delayed date... or Friday the 24th at latest.
  4. Yep, http://www.buffalonews.com/gusto/art/advertisement-or-not-tim-horton-statue-adds-to-waterfront-landscape-20141030 Here's the article again.... http://www.buffalonews.com/gusto/art/advertisement-or-not-tim-horton-statue-adds-to-waterfront-landscape-20141030
  5. Haha. It IS the best. The place goes nuts for the opening. No good video does the opening Sandman justice, but this one is awesome: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=blzftASduNc As VT grad... I'm the first to agree with you. Constantly overrated. When the Bills drafted Ed Wang, I was immediately disappointed at wasting the draft pick.... Kam Chancellor though!
  6. My best memory of Tyrod at Tech... Decent arm strength. Although look at the time he had in the pocket! Bills' 2010 5th-round "bust" Ed Wang blocking for him at left tackle (#77).
  7. Yeah! This could be fun. He was QB at VT when I was a student there. He should end up wearing #5. Also brings the experience of a Superbowl champion I would bet that his name came up during interviews with both Rex and Roman. His athleticism is his strength.
  8. Nice. About how much of that $21.605M will be needed for draftees/UDFA's? Thankful we don't have to sign a first-rounder this year?
  9. Hmmmm... All last season I would rip him every time he didn't kick a Touchback. It seems that his 59.0% on TBs (49 of 83) was good for 6th in the NFL: http://www.nfl.com/stats/categorystats?seasonType=REG&d-447263-n=1&d-447263-o=2&d-447263-p=1&statisticPositionCategory=KICKOFF_KICKER&d-447263-s=KICKOFF_TOUCHBACKS_PERCENTAGE&tabSeq=1&season=2014&experience=&Submit=Go&archive=false&conference=null&qualified=false Maybe it is more critical than we (me) thought.
  10. Fow what it's worth... this is the latest I could find on Jamie Nails: http://content.usatoday.com/communities/gameon/post/2010/04/ex-nfler-charged-with-stealing-a-grannys-id/1#.VNgbri6aQZw

  12. I'd consider almost anything if "BringBackFergy" never opened another new thread again.... but I won't do that...
  13. Well, you are accurate in your assessment above. A very likeable team. BUT, their fans are dumb as )&@#)%&(&(#)Q#)(. Still havwe to root for them bigtime versus the *Pats :/
  14. Hmmm. I'd say more likely at the Thursday or Saturday home games.
  15. I finally remembered to see if I could find a graphic to visually explain scheduling to y'all.... check this out: In 2015: 6 games: MIA, NE*, NYJ all home and away. 4 games: ALL of the AFC South (as we did in 2012, but opposite home teams as in 2012). 4 games: ALL of the NFC East (as we did in 2011, but opposite home teams as in 2011). 2 games: 2nd place of AFC North at home (CIN), AND, 2nd place of AFC West away (KC)... because we finished 2nd place in the AFC East. It keeps rotating like this for ever and ever and ever and ever.
  16. Pretty cool. I can't find the word "BILLS" on the Bills' plot.....

  18. This past weekend, the stars all FINALLY aligned for me to get my (small) group (including a Pack fan) to park at Hammer's. (I'm usually in large group at a bus lot.) I am very thankful that I did. What a great setup and location. Restrooms and clean (no "mud" lot). For the record, I showed up at 8:30am and still a substantial bit of room there. Thanks Hammer! Go Bills!!
  19. Is there any after-party Sunday night in Denver? Or at least, any suggestions where to revel in victory afterward? Lodo's, or places closer to Mile High? Thanks and see y'all soon! Go Bills!!!
  20. Actually this raises a good point.... Where's the after-party Sunday in Denver? Lodo's? Another spot nearer to Mile High? Edit.... I'm going to post this question in the Tailgate thread.
