This right here sums it all up folks. Nate can't Hackett's three and out machine is putting our defense in a tough position. The offense is suppose to gas the opposing D and have the advantage of finding personnel mismatches because the D can't sub in quick enough. The offense is effective when it actually moves the ball . Since rookie QB can't make more than one read and can't get into a rythym three and out hurts only our defense . Everyone knows the numbers game and if your D is out there 60% of the time,your not only gassing your own D but also increasing their chance for injury as they wear down. I hope this Rookie coaching staff can make adjustments. Our hospital wing of a roster won't be able to take much more. There's talent here no doubt. That is why we've been competitive. But at this rate there will be no one left. Here's hoping they are good enough coaches to realize they are in deep trouble.

Realistically how this game will be decided is Rex Ryan's D vs Nathaniel Hackett's sometimes too cute Circus Offense. Advantage Yets. If I'm the Bills I get the ball to spiller in space. Nothing says Blitz buster like a speed back in the flat vacated by blitzing backers/dbs. We make them pay for Blitzing often which we can be sure they will do, the rest takes care if its self. LV

Particularly on the defensive side of the ball Pettine has assembled a staff of assistants who are doing a great job at coaching up players like Leodis Mckelvin who for once looks dare I say dominant because of coaches like Donnie Henderson. There's a marked difference in the attitude of players and they are buying into Pettines system. This is why I believe it won't be long before this defense becomes dominant. LV

Liability in coverage is an understatement. That pass to Olson was Moats responsibility and he screwed the pooch bad. Its kind of a trade out but stopping the run has always been a problem for this Defense. So its awesome that they are getting better at stuffing the run. Still ,missing coverage that bad has to get better as that gives opposing Offenses huge chunks of yardage and that's just No Bueno.

I disagree. Winners want the ball down the stretch. He came in cool calm and collected and ran his 2 min offense. He may take his lumps along the way his rookie season but EJ is a winner. His attitude is something we haven't had in a longtime. LV
