I do mean that- Duke can run block and his lack of bonehead plays trumps Smiths. The guy can block and that is about it. We wont carry 4 TE’s and there is better talent than Smith. I think Duke isn’t as bad off as some believe. Hybrid meaning- You can lone Duke up opposite another TE in a basic 2 TE set and still run the ball or get into a seam route. I forgot its 55 now. As for punter- none of them please. They all suck. Dimarco seems to stick like glue on this team

I think Smith has too much downside to overcome locker room role. The culture is in place, the team is all but built. I can’t see him making the 53 but yeah, ya never know. MG at 3 years, 5 mil per is his value. He needs to understand this.

Lee Smith is as good as gone. Tough to carry 4 TE’s and 6 WR’s. Too much talent for him to stick and Duke will win out over Lee Smith all day as he can play a hybrid role in a pinch or be the big bodied receiver we need. Josh Norman is a corner. Say goodbye to Jaquan Johnson. Our punter was erratic last season- the Bills will bring in 2 legs to compete for the starting job. Yeldon was in the doghouse last year. Yep- and they have an old roster that is talent depleted on the O side. Personally, i see them at a 5-11 team this season.

BPA when we pick- thats the luxury of having a well rounded team. That said, if a RB they have graded high is there then an added bonus.

I hear ya- many of us wanted to smack him around. Now we have to watch from afar. I would say Bridgewater but he isn’t going to be cheap. They will have to clear cap and remember you have to also sign your draft picks too. They are in a tough spot. Is that in BB’s MO?
