But all in all it was alot of typical answers...we dont have those problems in practice etc...well DJ...you dont have that problem in practice because this team never gets any mental stress put on them...and then game time they take a big dump all over the place. Die Hard...I think you just hit the nail on the head! I have been having a hard time staying true to this team. And I have been loyal thru thick and thin. I am 38 and have been going to the games since I was 5. Family had seasons for 32 years until we all pretty much moved away. I always say that trends dont lie, and when , over a 10 year span you dont make the playoffs, well that points to one thing...a dysfunctional franchise from the top to the bottom and everywhere in between. I dont know how much longer I will put up with this. Life is too short!!!!

OK let me elaborate...im not talking about the top guys like modrak, brandon etc...I am talking just the PR department. A good PR dept has to report up the chain on what the sentiment is and how to keep things smooth with the fan base. So I dont think it would be a waste of time for them to scan through message boards.

Do you think that Ralphs PR people look at the message board traffic? They might be cluless on how to run an organization but they cant be missing the fact the everyone is extremely pissed! Onto the next point, the only way things change is to have an empty stadium. I know thats a tough pill to swallow seein you would have to eat the tickets you bought, but remember that much of the revenue is generated from parking, concessions and paraphenalia. Its time to hit ralph where it hurts since he is laughing at everyone.

Besides the QB position...top to bottom, does NE have more talent than us? I dont think so. In a league of Parity, quality coaching makes the world of difference. Ive always said that trends dont lie, and I will maintain that status quo. DJ is now 22-30 as our HC with only 2 wins against teams above .500. Well coached teams find a way to win and poor coached teams find a way to lose. Look at the Steelers, another example of how a well coached team finds a way to win. Just putting things into perspective. Fire DJ and move on to a proven winner.

Maybe he is smiling because this spells the end for DJ.

Brian Billick, Gruden, shanahan...the bigger ? is will Ralph splurge. I believe that answer is no. We will end up with some second rate coach again and wollow around in **** for 3 more years. This franchise takes the fun out of dysfunctional.

Have you watched him coach on Gameday...mistake after mistake This is Jaurons third goat rope. Him and bellicheat arent even in the same league when it comes to coachin. No offense taken..its all in good fun.

I think between the two I would prefer Gruden more. This team needs the toughness and discipline they are so lacking. Even during the joe ferguson days we didnt play as soft as this team plays now. I am still baffled how a coach that is 22-29 is still employed.
