  1. I did notice that...but thats easily corrected..needs to set and step into it.
  2. Good observation...but there is alot of QB's that dont have the best mechanics per the manual...sometimes you just gotta let them play dont you agree?
  3. Alot of them are at this age..he can pack a few lbs on I am sure.
  4. You must of been reading my mind..I was thinking I sure hope Modrak is watching this. BUt then again he is probably out golfing on a big college assesment day such as this.
  5. Right now he is ripping illinois apart...throws the ball in tight windows and has a ton of confidence..he seems to never get flustered.
  6. This is who I want the Bills to draft in the first round. He is big, strong arm, keeps his eyes down field, good pocket presence, can play in the elements and very savvy. I honestly would rather have him than Tebow. This kid reminds me of Roethslisberger.
  7. Ok...gave this alot of thought over the past few days. And I know there is some similar threads. But the way I see things, why wouldnt Shanahan come here? I think Buffalo is truly his type of town. Small market, out of the spot light, playing in the elements etc... And he strikes me as one who loves a challenge. The Bills are in good shape fiscally so he can start to build a dynasty. Also he could stick it to New England, Denver and Oakland if he stays in the AFC. Plus there is 50 million other reasons. I would love to hear from others why he would or wouldnt want to come here.
  8. I dont think many liked him to begin with. Personally I think the guy sucks. He is in his third year and still cant find the hole...oh and down in the 4th qtr by alot in tennessee and the dude is on the sidelines laughing! Just who I want on our team. But go ahead and defend him and his off field antics too.
  9. Nope..this boils down to marketing again. Haslett will be part of the interview process which is mandatory by the NFL. Fewell most likely will be one of the minority interviews. Count on this...Shanahan, Cowher, or Billick!!!!!
  10. Look, its simple. No GM comes here with a head coach already in place. Its the GM's job to pick the coach. Why everyone keeps going back and forth on this amazes me. The reason we put an interim coach in for the time being tells a GM canditate that he gets the reigns!
  11. That is a great point..I do stick with the fact it has to be an interim coach.
  12. But thats my reasoning..its all about the $ for Wilson..and the fans arent come back next year unless their is a complete overhaul starting at the top. I appreciate your input !!!
  13. That may be if they decide to have an interim as I stated. If not he stays til years end. I guess only time will tell though. It should get interesting thats for sure.
  14. Here is why...the whole regime is going to be overhauled. He sticks to the end of the year at which time everyone goes! The only way he gets canned if one of the assistants takes over as inerim. No new GM will want to come in with a fired coach and another coach all ready in the seat.
  15. I think its safe to say another year of no playoffs and a losing season to boot. That being said, if the current regime stays in place, no one will be able to market this team next year. That has been the bread and butter keeping the team afloat in a smaller NFL market. The first thing that will happen is Ralph will bring in a bonafide GM...and he will give him a ton of power at which time Modrak, Guy, and Jauron are gone. Brandon goes back to marketing and he tells ralph to sell the naming rights to the stadium. This is the only way that I can see ralph saving face, not losing the fan base and keeping this team in a good position if and when the time comes to sell. Now none of us have a crystal ball and who knows what the old coot thinks these days, but too me its the only logical equation. I would love to hear what others think about how this might all play out. Maybe I have missed something.
  16. I love the post...obviously you gave everything much though. I think lynch is gone. He just isnt that good. Doesnt see the hole, poor vision, drops passes and his overall demeanor stinks. We are losing by 20 points to Houston and the dude is laughing on the sidelines. Thats one of the HUGE problems with this team. I think Mitchell will go too. Most everything else I agree with. Nice Job thanks!!!!
  17. I swear thats all you hear out of DJ and now out of Trent. The persona of this team groses me out. '"I think we had a good bye week," Edwards said after Wednesday's practice on the grass field outside the team's field house. "I think guys are healthy, and I think changes are being made. I feel the coaches are noticing those changes, I feel like the players are noticing the changes, and that is going to build a lot of confidence. That confidence can change the guys' attitude and allow the offense to break out."'
  18. You are 100 percent correct! And everything has filtered down to the players from jauron.
  19. Billick wont come here with a rag tag coaching staff. Come on now.
  20. Ur nuts!!!! Get a grip on reality....hasek carried the sabres on his back for years. I remember many 40 save nights.
  21. Yeah lets bring in a receiver that does nothing but drops passes. He needs to be on a track team...nothing more.
