  1. Gut feelings will leave you with 15 minutes of fame on Cheaters.
  2. I'd put Chuck at the head of the line as far as local reporters. If anyone has a point of view, his is most likely the best to hear. That said, this whole Cowher thing is anybody's guess. I wish John has asked Wilson about the billboard and if that points to any ineptness the fans point to the organization. Not sure if that's okay for an AP writer to go after, but to me it's got to be embarrassing.
  3. The season 5 thread last year was awesome and I know this will be too. I'm stoked about this season. I've heard there won't be any breaks this year?
  4. And as reports have gone this week, this tells us virtually nothing...
  5. I did an internship on the west coast and it's a drag flying back and forth. I hated it. Even though California is beautiful, the long flights and time change wear you down.....
  6. http://espn.go.com/sportsnation/chat/_/id/...gger-tim-graham Katelyn (Syracuse, NY) As you said it is a long shot for Cowher to go to Buffalo, but please tell me Buffalo will at least ask and make Cowher turn them down? Tim Graham (1:13 PM) I get the sense that may have happened a couple times already. Even so, I hear the Bills keep trying to win him over.
  7. So the argument is: even though OVERWHELMING evidence on the field shows he sucks, if he has a good combine teams will risk a 1st rounder on him? Not with this years batch of QBs in the draft.
  8. Snead is horrible. He, along with his team, were overhyped in the preseason (ranked #15) and lost to sub-par SEC teams like South Carolina and Auburn. 5 of their 9 wins came against extremely low ranked teams. Snead is a product of a dangerous and amazing runningback in McCluster and a barnyard full of good receivers. And don't give me this offensive line crap, he was sacked less this year than last year, but threw 20 ints. He threw 2 ints against Memphis, 3 against Vanderbilt, 2 against Arkansas, 2 against Auburn, 3 against Mississippi State, and a whooping 4 against Alabama. Not to mention his awesome 0 TD 3 Int clutch performance in the Cotton Bowl last week. There's no way this guy is worth a 1st round pick. If anything he should go back to school next year and try to recover from this awful season. AT BEST, he's a 3rd rounder.
  9. Snead still had McCluster which limited coverage, plus University of Mississippi has had a barnyard full of receivers.
  10. How many INTs did he throw against Oklahoma State?
  11. Also, they went 9-4, 5 of their wins were against Memphis, Southeastern Louisiana, Vanderbilt, UAB, and Northern Arizona. Not to mention they lost to Mississippi State
  12. Jevan Snead is a 3rd rounder AT BEST.
  13. Even he doesn't come, I think the revolution of fans getting so disgusted that things like this will point out the monster ineptness with the front office. That goes for Modrak, Guy, Brandon, Wilson, and now Nix. Frankly, If I'm a Bills executive, this is a huge embarrassment.
  14. The billboard will go up! They got the money! http://www.buffalosportsdaily.com/donate/
  15. What does that mean? Nothing better than 100lb scoopers fighting like fairies.
  16. I agree, he gained my respect. He seems to like Buffalo.
  17. Lori, Certainly Cowher knows and hears all the speculation right now. What could be the reason not to release a statement and clear the air?
  18. The actual title of that article says he "could" be enticed by big offer. Doesn't say anything about actually BEING enticed.
  19. Who's to say Cowher takes us as a last resort. At this point, are you really going to be THAT picky considering who's running this whole operation?? I'd take Cowher or Harbaugh from Stanford like Sully said.
  20. http://www.nationalfootballpost.com/Report...ills-again.html http://www.footballnewsnow.com/2010/report...-bills-tuesday/ Oh EastAurora.org.....
  21. And his private jet is a crop duster.
