  1. here here. the poster is oblivious. if he had another brain it would be lonely.
  2. All the people on this board who predicted great things from this team before they saw them in competition against another team should just leave the board. You don't know what your talking about, never have, you just talk out of your arse. And btw our RBs and DBs are not in the top five at their position in football. Again Brian Moorman proved he is the best player on this team and boy will we need him to come through again this year. Lee again proved he is a quitter and has been since he signed his fat contract. He can join Schoebel for all I care, obviously he doesn't give a crappie. Marshawn should start ahead of Freddy and CJ. He runs like Steven Jackson of the Rams unfortunately the Bills are a lot like the Rams. If Chambers makes the team it means we have no depth and are in big trouble. Maybin was chewed, swallowed and spit out by Williams but he kept coming and played hard the whole game. He never quit and he is going to be okay. I liked that Chan played him a lot. The DBs all looked average especially McGee. This board always overrated his play (except kick returns of course where he was sensational.). Trent and the offense quit once Stupar hooked his man. Everybody knew on the next play Trent would not throw it deep enough to try to get a first down and he didn't. Gotta like David Nelson, I hope they move him up a spot or two. I like Joique Bell. How do we keep four RBs? Simpson is okay too. D-line had little push except for Maybin.
  3. The ball Ruth constantly hit out of the park wasn't juiced like Bonds or Bonds' balls. And add in eight more games in a season and Ruth gets almost one more year of play. He would have had 1000 if he played later in the century and never pitched.
  4. I agree with you as long as we keep playing our own offense as that is the only thing this team has done so far. What a ridiculous statement when you have not seen them play anybody but our own team.
  5. Forgive me if somethings is already posted. Excellent Mike freeman article on Brian Cushing. Poor Brian paid doctors to invent a new condition that mimics his intake of female steroids that are used to restart testosterone after a period of steroid use. Then he had the balls (maybe his genitalia, or her genitalia, grew back) to send the idiot owner to the commissioner to propose this outrageous new hypothesis as the reason the steroids happen to find their way into his bloodstream. I hope the Commissioner grows a set of his own and doubles the suspension for the way this cheat is trying to manipulate science. Who does Cushing think he is George Bush? But then again, Texas and Science, never did mix. http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/story/1374185...w;pageContainer
  6. It is the 'tuck' rule. if you should dislike anyone, it should be your Spelling teacher. Other than that, perpetually hate the Dophins and mortally dislike the Jets. The Pats sucked for a long time so you should just dislike them immensely.
  7. too effin bad. and you are so bored this is something to start a thread about?
  8. Stallworth was a very unfortunate incident although alcohol was involved and it contributed to the death it wasn't 100% cause of the accident. Unlike Leonard Little of the Rams who t-boned a mother of four because he was drunk and alcohol was 100% cause of the accident. What was Little's suspension - 8 measely games. Cushing gets half that for taking a steroid to grow breasts.
  9. Good report, everyone cheers Moorman because he has been the best player on the team for years and is the best player at his position of any Bill. He is the only one on the team that is in the top 5 at his position in the NFL. I can't think of another Bill who is top 5 in the AFC.
  10. Can't be any other reason like, we are so thin at OL that we can only field 2 starters for the first preseason game.
  11. Ellison, Mitchell, Schoumann, Fitzpatrick, Spenser Johnson, McIntyre, Youbouty
  12. On average QBs,WRs, DBs and OL need three years before they fully grasp their positions. On average DL and LBs take one or two years. Maybin is very young, someone recently reported he is still the second youngest on the team. He has played his current position for only a few months. Give him this year and next and then start humping his a$$ but until then leave the freaking guy alone and allow him to make the most of his opportunity without having to worry about what a bunch of internet losers have to say. Same with TE, Bell, Nelson, Youbouty, Lynch etc....None of these guys had any say as to when and where they would be picked in the draft. So why do we feel we can verbally abuse them for something they had no control over? Get a life people and b!tch about those players with more than three years experience that underperform, Lee, Donte, Roscoe, Chris, etc.
  13. We won't have a problem at all , we are simply going to ask all opposing teams to only rush three guys up the middle.
  14. It was hard to trade Lynch when he looked like a head case this offseason. If he shows well in preseason and a couple teams with playoff hopes lose their #1 in preseason, and there is always one or two, Marshawn's value skyrockets.
  15. Hardy stays, Joique Bell stays, Marshawn is traded for an OT, Kelsay goes.
  16. mostly the angle of descent. punts are usually kicked higher and travel about 50 to 55 yards taking into account the punter is behind the line. kickoffs travel 65 to 70 yards and have a lower slope of descent. The kicking team is also on top of the punt returned much faster causing anxiety.
  17. if we start 1 & 9 and are eliminated from the playoffs the argument has merit. if we are 0-0, Sully's argument has no merit. give the players and coaches a chance to prove themselves or not. that said I expect a 5-11 season, i hope for an 11-5 season.
  18. Keep clapping boys and girls and Tinker Bell will get well.
  19. Maybe you should pay attention to your work and not the radio?
  20. go the the end of the sidewalk and take a left, he is just around the...
  21. Bring pro football back to Buffalo. We haven't had it for a few years.
  22. to follow up on your last point I think there are 15+ starters that apply to the unproven list...Edwards, Nelson & 2nd tight end, Green, Bell, Johnson, Hardy, Spiller, Parish, Easley on offense. Whether Wood can stay healthy is a big question. Defense - Williams, Poz, Mitchell, Kelsay & Stroud all of whom are at new positions, Byrd (one yr wonder?), Carrington, Troup, Maybin, Ellis, Corner, Lankster, McKelvin round out the all-potential team on defense..... about 18 of the 22 starters have some sort of question mark. Lee, Freddy, McGee, Drayton, & Levitre only ones that you know exactly what you will get & Drayton may not start..... Trent, Donte & Marshawn probably have more to prove than anyone.
