Last years excuse was that they never practiced against 3-4 defense. We will just have to come up with a new excuse this year if this continues. If you can't fix the problem, fix the blame.

i have stated 100 times, it takes three years to develop an O-lineman. If Calloway has any talent he will be placed on the practice squad. Give the dude three years and then see what you have.

I am sure there is a Brohm or Fitz thread somewhere. I watched Brohms replay against the Colts yesterday and Fitz replay against the Bengals today. I am much more impressed with Brohm. Many were raving about Fitz but i did not see anything special except a couple of decent scrambles. Brohm goes downfield almost every throw. He takes risks and gives the WRs a chance to make a play. I liked his play. Fitz will never be more than he is, Brohm and Edwards have bigger futures IMO.

I think your first point...the lack of penalties is telling. It means one thing on this team has changed. Discipline. They now have it. Everyone is paying attention to Chan. Now if Schobel would return and Bruce Smith and Andre Reed could shed about 20 years.....

Brohm will be second QB to play on Saturday. TE will start the season as #1. Brohm will be #2. Brown will go to the practice squad, while Fitz gets cut. But we can always get Fitz back if TE or BB gets hurt as no one will pick Fitz up. If Fitz is the second QB in on Saturday I will change my opinion.

I think the commish told all the teams to stay away and they are. usually someone like Snider or Jerry Jones show some cahones and gives these guys a chance. Not this time.

Agreed, also Welker gets punished much more than Parrish simply due to the fact that he participates in an explosive offense and has huge production. Roscoe catches about 12 balls a year, hardly like he will gets hit more than once a game from the receiver spot. To exclaim that after 4 years he is suddenly going to blossom into some sort of every down threat is absurd. We hear this BS every preseason and then once the season starts the OL goes to hell in a hand basket, TE sticks his head up his arse, the offense plan switches to max protect and Roscoe heads to the bench. What have we seen to think this year will be any different? Prime OL players have been hurt most of camp, two of our RBs are already hurt, we have no receivers and our entire tight end corp has been cut, waived, suspended & injured except for one un-drafted FA who will be lucky to make it to the first game.

The St Louis Lambs signed Donario Alexander today. Bad knees but an awesome player when healthy. Daniel and Alexander would have been interesting to see in Buffalo uniforms. I don't buy the logic that Daniel doesn't have the arm to play in Buffalo. He is a gunslinger.

until this team does something to prove them wrong, deal with it. this team has proved absolutely nothing. until they do accept the criticism for what it is.

We are all very tired of looking at a bad football and that game just reinforced the reality that this is team is still more than three years away from the playoffs.

The game showed how far this team has to go and how inferior our talent is. Washington kicked out butts all night long. Don't give me the crap we had a nice first drive on off and def. on 3 and 13 after the penalty on Stupar, Trent did not have the balls to throw 13 yards downfield for first down yardage in a preseason game. He check downed and the team checked out. This team has no leaders. Trent may be yakkin it up in practice but he has yet to show he can lead on the field with his play. This team has a great shot at the number one pick next year.
