    Now why is that? Pittsburgh's reality last year was about six games BETTER than ANY best-case scenario would have predicted for them.

    The only people who should have lost their jobs after that Broncos game were John Fina and Dan Henning. Anyone who remembers that fuggin reverse will know what I'm talking about.

    Yeah, he probably thought we had no chance of even making the playoffs at that point.

    I touched it with my bare hands when the security guard wasn't looking. And I agree with everything else you said. The only HOF experience that compares to seeing the Stanley Cup is walking into the actual baseball Hall in Cooperstown where they have all the plaques. I've been to Canton and Springfield as well (both new and old) and neither has an experience that comes close.

    It never would have come down to the last play if Flutie hadn't paced the sidelines all game with his helmet on going "when can I play, coach, huh? huh? when can I play?" Without that distraction the Bills would have won by three touchdowns.

    The castle (Casa Loma) is pretty cool. And of course there's the Hockey Hall of Fame. It's actually not much of a museum but the room where they keep the Cup is the piece de resistance. Just seeing le Coupe Stanley makes it worth the price of admission. We are going over on the ferry next weekend. Gonna take the kids to Canada's Wonderland.
