Sure it is, but the minute Trent went out the D needed to know it was on them and they had to step up. They didn't.

It apparently is only for Roy Williams, since it's called the "Roy Williams Rule." Referees are entitled to ignore it otherwise, apparently.

Funny, I thought it was going 0-for-6 on stopping teams on third down that leaves the D on the field too much. But maybe that's just me.
