  1. absolutly not. what it would do hopefully is allow us the unusual opportunity to trade down for additional picks then we could get good value on a TE,center or DE.
  2. birk is a pro bowl center who has a couple of good years left while we groom one of the young centers we draft. i think he would be a great pickup and would make our line espically our guards 10 times better. couldnt disagree with you more on acquiring birk.
  3. your out of your mind if you think the bills are going to trade parrish they just resigned the kid and besides being a very good slot guy he's probably the best punt returner in the freaking league. why you would want to trade a guy who is locked up for the forseeable future and who every time he gets the ball in his hands is a threat to take it to the house, ridiculous. secondly if maualuga and raji are both on the board @ 11 its a no brain er. i guarantee there is no way they take that LB @ 11.
  4. thats total BS. bryan scott is 10 times more physical then huff who by the way is a free saftey and not a physical player in any way shape or manner . why wouuld you want to take a guy who cant play. do you think the raiders are stupid(besides davis) if the guy could play they would not cut him. i would rather take my chances on modrak picking a rookie safety in the draft. i do however agree on orapko no way do i want the bills to take him @ 11.
  5. mention what. that the bills made the right choice. it was a reach in all the message board GM's minds but mike mayock called the pick dead on he was not a reach and the cutting of huff shows that. if your insinuating we go after huff no freaking way. think of the money the raiders paid the #7 pick and have invested in huff. now their going to flat out cut him that speaks volumes as to the type of player he is,can you say colassal bust. there is no way the bills will touch the guy.
  6. thank you ,kelly had to be dragged here kicking and screaming all the way. 20 years later he's still here. dont read to much into trents words. he is totally dedicated to buffalo and his teammates and spends the whole off season here where he belongs when its time to be here in the off season. nobody works harder than him and he is a good leader and sets a great example. look what he did in the workout room last year cant wait to see him this year after another year in the weight room.

  8. you read way to much into what he says. the guy is and has been a consummate pro all his time here and you want to diss him. the guy speaks the truth and that makes you criticize him. seems to me you are the one who needs to get tougher skin.
  9. dont think this guy watched the same JP we did for the last 5 years. IMO i'm willing to bet JP might not even be in the league this year. if he is it will be as someone's third string guy and i would bet he is inactive more than he will be active on game days.
  10. total BS. the only problem with our line is that we dont have a center. you plug in a great or even good center and that line would be vastly different and IMO dominant. if you plug birk in that line this year you watch how much better they would look. everyone disses our guards the only problem with our guards is that they had to always help out our terrible centers. once we get a good center watch how much better our guards look.
  11. I'll take that bet with one caveat that we play those 3 teams with a full healthy team all our starters healthy like they were the first 4 games of last year. you want to ignore injuries but thats BS that they dont mater is just that BS. we lost schobel and youboty and the d went downhill from there . thats not mentioning all the corners that then went down. miami didnt have an injury all year until the last game when they lost a receiver. same for the jets a very healthy team and they still tanked down the stretch after being 8 and 3. NE is the only exception but they are a very veteran expiranced team who can overcome injuries better than a young team can.
  12. no way in hell. he is not worth the money he will get and he is not the palyer he once was.
  13. come on man. its bad here but its bad in the whole world. how bad is canada when our dollar is now worth over $1.18 canadian. so IMO the answer to your question is no.
  14. couldnt agree more on preston however i think fine will be a very good TE,however we need a TE to stretch the field and petegrew is not that fellow. he is a good blocker and a tall target but he cant stretch the field and is a reach @ 11. IMO we need a pass rushing OLB desperatly and a pass russing DE. that being said i dont feel there is a DE worthy of #11 so i hope there is a run on the OT's and QB's and a LB falls to us or we try to drop down in the first round and then snag a DE or petegrew later on.
  15. are you serious a QB@ 11 give me a freaking break. the TE is a good blocker but is lazy and does not stretch the field and his YAC yards are not one of his strong suits sounds like the 3 guys we already have no way. IMO they take a linebacker of ragi if he is there.
  16. no kidding man i totally agree there is no DE worth #11 and it would be a readh to pick any of them @ 11 as a need pick. all these people who want orapko i just dont understand it did they ever watch the guy play if they did how they could want him @ 11 is beyond me. he's an ok player but nothing special. go to espn scouts inc and look @ his write up there is not one area he is exceptional @ espically as an elite pass rusher. in fact they make a point of saying how he is not fast off the snap no expolosion off the snap. no thanks.
  17. the first thing you need to do is get a life and then a brain. what an absolutly stupid ridiculous post.
  18. i've been saying what do all you guys see in orapko. in todays scouts inc top 32 he is rated number 5 among DE's
  19. not @ #11 it would be an embarassing reach. so in reality he would not make it to the second round so dont count on him being a bill.
  20. you need to get a life. how long did it take you to come up with this BS. really man very enlightening post it must have took you a long time to think up something so intelligent.
  21. you totally contridict yourself. you go on about how good he is then you sya we wont pay him???????????????
  22. starting point? come on man. everyone knows how much i love JP but starting point. i dont think we need to make JP the highest paid LT in the league.
  23. a man with a brain. i dont like what his agent pulled last year because it hurt us and peters and i think peters knows that now. he's a good guy and the bills need to pay him. and all the idiots that want to trade him dont care about the bills very much. if we traded the guy we would be the laughing stock of the league espicially seeing that we are 27 million under the cap. like Ralph said we need talent so trading one of your top 5 talents is just plain asinine.
