IMO this kid will be a great TE. he is already a fabulous blocker and pass catcher and is an incredible red zone target with his size the only knock against him is his speed and thats not terrible. however i would surrender the #11 pick for Daniels.

we all know we need a speed rusher. however if there is not one in this draft that suits our system and thats what its looking like then you cant take one @ 11. unfortunately this is a bad year for DE but reaching for one @ 11 would be a deadly mistake both financially and tlaent wise. we cannot afford to bust on the 11th pick espicially this year. we have to take the best player available regardless of position.

we have to sign peters and must get a center in free agency even if we have to over pay because the Dolphins also are targeting Jason brown. IMO we have to sign either Brown or Birk in free agency no matter what the cost. then we could address OLB,TE and SS in free agency depending on who is available and who the bills have an interest in. today on Sirius they interviewed either the new coach of the lions or the coach from the Texans i missed the intro. schein asked him a question about their LT situation and his answer was very interesting especially for all the idiots who want to trade peters. here was his answer. he said do you ever see a great LT hit free agency answer no. he said the reason for that is because its so hard to find a great LT. he stated you ask any offensive coordinator or head coach in the league what the 2 most important players were on offense were and he said every single one of them would say #1 QB #2 LT. he then stated that you will never see a team let a great LT hit free agency simply because they are to valuable and very hard to find. so to all the people who even suggest we trade our underpaid multiple pro bowl 26 year old LT here's a perfect example h why you are all out of your minds and clueless.

if they do that then they are giving up on trent and i do not believe that. if they give up a first rounder then they are not looking @ him as a backup. it just makes no sense and i dont believe it for a second.

it couldnt be that there were no great centers coming out last year and the bills knew this year was going to be one of the best years for the center position in the last 10 years. they take the best available athlete when they pick if there was not a center there who deserved to be picked thats why they didnt draft one. history has taught us that the worst thing a team can do is ignore talent @ any position and draft for need.

i would trade down in a millisecond however it is very difficult to do. if we were fortunate enough to trade down then taking the TE or the center would be great value. even a DE because i dont believe there are any DE prospects worthy of #11 because they dont fit our scheme.

totally agree.these young athlete millionaires are all targets now. he comes from the worst gang infested area in LA. obviously he is not the sharpest tool in the shed not getting a permit but i dont blame the guy. however its life as a bills fan unfortunately

we are not going to pay the browns or anderson. the cost of the trade and andersons salery make this idea a very bad one. besides that anderson is going to want to be a starter. we need an older expiranced vet who can come in and play a game or 2 if need be.

again this is a young team. could we cut 12 players possibly but highly unlikely. i think the guys we lose will be the restricted free agents and free agents on the team who we dont want. there may be a couple of other cuts but IMO thats it. like i said we are basically 3 players and an injury free season away from being a very good young team. again my biggest hope is center because if we get a great one it will change our whole offense in terms of production.IMO brown or birk will be a bill in the first 24 hours of free agency. then watch how much improved our line and running game will be.our guard play has been severely compromised because of the lack of a competent center. in our division if your o/line is not stout up the middle you are in serious trouble and we have not been stout up the middle since fowler was signed. put birk or brown between butler and dockery and watch how much better our guards will look. they have been taking an undeserving beating by the fans and media over the last few years for their play. well its not their play but the play of the centers we have which have been killing this o/line. when your guards have to constantly help out your center every down you are in trouble and that has been the case with our team for 3 years..

I'd rather count on you being clueless. replace 25%of our roster LOL thats ridiculous seeing that we already have one of the youngest teams in the league. we need a quality center and our o/line will be dominant. then we add a receiving TE and a pass rushing OLB and stay healthy and it playoffs here we come. if you knew anything you would also understand that when schobel went down so did our pass rush but your probably one of those guys that think schobel stinks judging by your ridiculous comments. injuries again robbed us of a great season hopefully this year we wont get decimated by injuries like we did the last 2 years. guys like you crack me up its like you never watched a football game in your life . by the way our young TE's look very good to me espicially Fine. we obviously will make it a priority to get a stretch the field TE to compliment our young TE's. in reality we need a center,TE and a pass rushing OLB. i would like to address center (brown or birk) and one of the other positions in free agency then add depth and fill out our third need in the draft which ever way it plays out. you can understand that what we do in free agency will impact who we draft and the bills do have a plan and your incorrect disrespectful statement about our front office inexperience is a freaking joke. modrak has over 30 years of personnel expirance and has been a very successful GM. so i guess in response to you post i would say dont quit your day job.

just flat out stupid to cut dockery .our line will be great once we get a quality center. as a matter of fact our line will flat out dominate if we get a dominant center so our guards dont have to constantly help out the 2 bum centers we now have. i love some of the ideas around here create more holes by cutting quality players who we then would have to replace. we are very close to being a very good team. we need a center,TE and an outside LB who can rush the passer. then fill in with the draft so we can have some quality depth to off set when we have injuries. injuries killed this team the last 2 years and our lack of quality depth to replace the injured players is what cost us our seasons.

david carr are you freaking serious,LOL. by the way kirwin and ryan were just talking about the free agent QB's and kirwin mentioned JP. ryan answered that from watching that cat i dont even think he can be a back up and kirwin said correct again. just like i have been saying i think we have seen the last of JP in the NFL. IMO and in theirs his only chance is as a vet minimum third string clip board holder. yesterday mike lombardi wrote about his top 10 free agent QB's and he did not include JP in that list either. JP's agent has his work cut out for him.

no we go into free agency to prudently cherry pick players of need that we have targeted. its no coincedence that we sign our major free agents every year in the first 24 hours after free agency starts. i absolutly love the way the bills staff handles free agency. they target 1 or 2 players and @ the second the free agency period begins we either have our players or we dont. if my prayers are answered 10 minutes after free agency starts this year we will have matt birk under contract and if we have to over pay for him so be it. IMO getting a great center is the answer for our offense this year. then what ever other players the bills have targeted will be whip cream on the pudding. IMO if we get a great veteran center our line will instantly turn dominant and all the disrespect our guards get from the fans will go away and trent will no longer have the nose tackle in his backfield before he sets up because both preston and fowler are simply wimps. we need an expiranced anchor center and IMO birk is the perfect man for the job.
