Saw Candlebox with Sponge and Our Lady Peace at UB around 1995 or 1996. They were the headliner. Sponge opened, killed it. OLP on next, killed it even more. Candlebox came on and stood up there like statues. They started getting booed, made some nasty remarks about Buffalo and left the stage after about 20 mins. They were the worst live band I have ever seen, and I've seen a lot (even worse that that Black Crowes performance I referenced earlier). Silverchair - Israel's Son is a great one - dedicated to Tom Brady.

I don't care what anyone thinks, A Boy Named Goo is an excellent record from top to bottom and it is in my normal playlist. Flat Top came on the Ipod at the gym today and there was no thought of hitting "next" at all.

Because the radio doesn't automatically charge me every six months at a rate about 500% higher than they charged me for the previous 6 months even when I specifically tell them not to automatically renew my subscription (as I know I can really get the service for only $5 a month). I just got sick of calling in every six months to complain until they dropped the price. This was after I even specially said to them, if you do this again I will never be a customer of yours again. They did and I haven't been since.

Starship Troopers. Some of the worst acting of all time, but I still love it. It is a cult classic though, so I don't know if it qualifies. I've owned it on VHS, DVD, and Blu-Ray.

No one really knows what the potential changes are as of right now so let's not rush to the cliff quite yet. It's just a likely that our Islander's pick next season can have a better chance of being higher with these changes (as well as the Blues if they can't get into the playoffs in a very, very tough western conference but they probably still will). Who knows, maybe the Islanders pick will turn into McDavid because of this change. Just never know.
