That you can switch that to 11 personnel by putting Knox in line and Kincaid in the slot, or Knox and Kincaid on opposite sides as ends, or put them on the same side for an unbalanced formation, or send one to the line to block. You can attack a lot of ways once you get a personnel grouping that you like on the field.

I mean, I would personally say that Kincaid is the best because of what it can do to the offense in terms of options. But yeah, it's pretty darn good

I know we are a little gunshy on the Swiss Army Knife TE after the Charles Clay experiment but I believe that Kincaid is what they envisioned. If some of the work we've seen over the last few days is any indication, we can put Kincaid in the backfield, in line or in the slot depending on the situation.

Quick aside that I find interesting is that Gilliam is working exclusively with the TE group so far. It is speculation but last year he was treated as a blocker with the option to pass (I still love his week 2 TD) and I am wondering if that means TE will be expected for more FB duty

I especially like it with the additional lane options that 12 personnel gives you. Pulling guard along with a TE acting as blocking FB and another TE blocking on the end gives so many possible gaps for a RB with vision
