  1. The Saints didn't lose because of the call. But had the correct call been made, pass interference OR helmet to helmet they have a first and goal inside the 5 and a chip shot FG to win at the gun, as they could have run the clock down having a fresh set of downs. They simply would have won if either right call was made. We'd have lost our minds had our season ended like that.
  2. I always like to have at least one Bill on my $FF team. Usually someone I draft late (except for McCoy a couple years ago, got him somewhat early)
  3. The heck with summer. Get me to football season!
  4. Nabbed mine for July 28th. One of the cool things about moving to Rochester 8 or 9 years ago is that I'm about a mile from camp. I can walk over if I wanted to. It's kinda neat seeing the camp set up getting of the East Rochester exit everyday after work.
  5. I gotta admit, this thought has crossed my mind too. You'd have to be naive to think the league isn't watching this Toronto basketball explosion and salvating at the notion....with that said I think we are safe, Still, again, you'd have to be naive to think some of the suits have not taken notice. I think the cheapeat ticket on stuphub for game 2 was like 800...US.. Cheapest... Paranoia, it will always linger.
  6. Still sport my ugly early 2000s blue Moulds jersey some Sundays during the season. Loved the guy.
  7. Fingers crossed that Pittsburgh game is week 3 as was listed in the earlier leak, if it's accurate. Gonna do that road trip so long as it isn't week one (wife's b day) or week 4 (10th anniversary). Been to a handful road games but never there
  8. Did you not read the reasoning behind most of the excitement? It's when we know which games we can do and when to schedule trips. Just go away. Your input is not needed here.
  9. Cleveland is a fun trip, did that one 7 or 8 years ago. Ton of Bills fans there. Tailgate was fun, the Browns fans were mostly cool.. If it lines up me and some pals are going to the Steelers game this year. Never been there.
  10. Scrolling through this I was thinking the same thing!
  11. This is awesome, thanks for sharing! Before my time but I pretty saavy on Bills history and love watching stuff like this!
  12. Agreed. My wife is Peruvian so we visit South America a lot. Down there it's common to see American team sports logos on hats that have designs that make no sense like a Packers "G" with a palm tree or Yankees symbol on a basketball. (I get this design is inspired by the Buffalo flag, but it still looks wrong)
  13. Because Lamar is on a playoff team. Allen wasn't. I dont agree with it, but it is what it is
  14. If Brent Axe is right this is good news. Driving back home to the ADKs from Rochester for the holiday. The CBS affiliate is out of Syracuse for the local TV there. Was worried i'd be stuck with the Giants game.
  15. Thats what i figured. Listen to the pregame and take my time on 33 or 20 west. The whole day will be different from the norm.
  16. Oh I'm almost always there. Seen a lot of table landings that people seemed to enjoy.
  17. That'd be the end of me. I'd go off the drunkin' deep end without my wife to keep me on the rails the best she can.
  18. Yeah, poor choice of wording on my part seeing as we are playing the Jets this week too. ?
  19. Rochester, just over an hour. Why not? Another question fo anyone that can help. We usually leave Roch like 7 so our tailgate is set up by 8:30. But with no tailgate i might leave just a little later. What time does traffic really pick up (shouldnt be bad for this game, 55k tops?) Should i drive in a back way? Thinking of getting in like 9:30.
  20. After going back and forth a bit I decided I'm going to do something I've never done before. Check out a Bills game solo. I've probably been to 100 games, 90% of those me and my crew set up shop in the Hammer Lot (where else?) and tailgated like champs. Had a lot of people, the cool ones at least back out on the Jets game tomorrow but figured I'd take the opportunity to drive out and do something different. I'll probably park at one of those cheaper house lots and walk around a bit to take in the Bills game day out side of my usual spot. Figure I can get a lot of cool pictures and stuff. One question I had is what time does Big Tree open on game day, always looked over there from Hammers and figured I'd pop in for a game day beer. Tomorrow will be that day.
