  1. From what I've read, he's more suited for a 3-4 in the rush linebacker mold of someone like Demarcus Ware. But hey, if he can get to the quarterback, sign me up. That's priority No. 1 for me.
  2. You can never do enough evaluation.
  3. Newsflash: Offensive linemen are fat. He'll be a good player. He dominated in the SEC. That being said, you gotta squeeze out more than 19 at 225 on the bench.
  4. These guys are hacks! What the hell!?!?! I'm going to write to this bum! /sarcasm'd
  5. He should have to pay Keith McKeller.
  6. Right, that's why I typed "at this point." Those numbers can change if we draft Erik Flowers Jr. or Bruce Smith Jr. Can't win games if you don't pressure the quarterback.
  7. At this point, I'll be thrilled with 8-8.
  8. I wasn't saying I'd take Jerry at 11. I'm saying I'd be willing to trade down if the offer presented itself. Sorry, should have been more clear. Peria Jerry highlights
  9. Hmm. I know Raji's a stud, but I don't think I'd trade up for him if I know I can get Peria Jerry if I wait. The dropoff between those two isn't that wide. The Bills need all the picks they can get.
  10. Same with Devin Thomas last year. With these one-year collegiate wonders, you never know what kind of immediate impact you'll get. Who knows, someday these guys might be stars. I'd rather know what I'm getting (even though we know the draft as a whole is sort of a crapshoot).
  11. You originally cited lazy journalism. I'm just saying lazy journalism isn't the basis for declining newspaper revenues, that's all. Read the above retorts if you want more reasoning. I work for a newspaper, so I don't feel like giving the "state of the industry" speech for the 100th time.
  12. Update please? I'm at work and can't listen to it.
  13. Haha, I think Kiper's overhyped. McShay all the way. How awesome would it be to have their jobs?
  14. Thanks for the heads up. It's 11:56 p.m. and he's up next.
  15. I know he's young and probably ignorant, but that dude has a fuggin cannon and can make plays with his feet. Anybody remember that quasi-option Denver ran against the Bills in Week 1 two years ago? I'd take him any day.
  16. I have to say, trading Peters would -- to me -- be even more surprising than signing Owens. I really don't see them even entertaining the thought, unless it was some ungodly Herschel-Walker/Ricky Williams-on-draft-day offer.
  17. I can promise you that's not it.
  18. I'm ashamed to say this now, but I was 9 years old at the time and when they lined up the kick, I turned off the TV. I couldn't watch. I turned it back on after the kick and cried so bad I nearly didn't go to school the next day.
  19. Yes. And using "summer" as a verb, as well.
  20. If Raji or Curry aren't there (which they won't be), I trade down if I get an offer and grab Jerry, Cushing or Jackson. If I don't get a trade offer, I grab Pettigrew. People are saying the tight end depth is good in this draft, but I don't see it. After the top three, I see a whole bunch of Derek Fines and Brad Cottams. The Bills need a playmaker there.
  21. Switch 12 and 8 and move up 13.
  22. You might have seen this. The skit sorta blows, but there are two Buffalo references. The mug and the caller. http://www.hulu.com/watch/61233/saturday-n...show#s-p1-st-i0
  23. Here's to copyright infringement! I made a custom T-shirt. Check it out here: T-shirt. (Hopefully the link works.)
  24. I have to admit, that's funny. When I heard the news, that's one of the first things I thought of: "Getcha popcorn ready."
  25. I think he already did. This will be a much more entertaining 7-9. I can't wait.
