  1. Does anybody know where this guy came from, and what his chances are of making the Bills team? He seemed to have a pretty good games against the Bengals on Saturday, albeit in mop up time. Just never heard of him before and didn't even realize that he was on the roster.
  2. Yeah, we all watched the Super Bowl last year.
  3. Barry Sanders used to have those negative yardage plays all the time, it would be like -8, no gan, 20 yards, -2, 10 yards, etc.. I belive that that was just his style, and a product of seeing the whole field, and taking calculated risks, knowing he had the speed and moves to make up for it. Although I am not sayin that CJ is the next Sanders, I see a lot of similarity in their styles, and this is the type of runner that he may be his whole career, although he will have to get a little smarter, and maybe a little less riskier.
  4. Agreed, they resembled more like jailbreaks than screen passes, that's if the QB had enough time to even execute one. I love Chan's play calling, but it really goes beyond play calling, and takes into account the design of the play as well, which has been very good as well.
  5. Man, you r so full of it, just because your girlfriend is an Elsie Mae Boofer, doesn't mean that everyone else's is like yours.
  6. It looks like he already did, winning to follow, can you imagine dead Dick doing something like this. He might have gone over to them and said something like "it's hard to win in the NFL" I applaud Chan and his guts.
  7. I think that you are wrong, apparently he did it again in practice last night. I am reserving judgement though, as there are a lot of other areas were he might not get past his regression.I did like they fact that his successfull bomb came after a couple of very ugly series where he was hammered good a couple of times. I think that that will be the key for Trent this year, what he does after a bad interception, or an ugly hard sack.
  8. This was my last post before the game tonight, now I don't want to claim that I am some sort of nostrodomus or something, and I realize it's only preseason and everything, and that my glasses could be tainting things a bit, but, I am pretty friggin excited about this team this year, how about you guys? The score really could have been a lot more lopsided, Go Bills!!!!! BTW, it looks like it's going to be TE/Brohm/Brown, with Fitzy, maybe the odd man out.
  9. Yeah, and you know that they are sure to find something in Lynch's suitcase, which could further delay their arrival.
  10. They are taking the bus, and Marshawn is driving, but was told to stay of Chippewa.
  11. You are selling Gailey short, if TE stinks up the joint in any more preseason games, he is a goner. Brohm may not be the benefactor either, unless he really shines in his PS games. Fitz wins it by default if that happens, probably with Brohm backing him, and Brown behind them.
  12. Maybe he shouldn't get up to go get a beer anymore.
  13. 1rst things first, the Bills will not suck this year, playoffs? but they will be decent, maybe sneak in. 2nd, a true Bills fan doesn't have to ask that question, they already know that answer. A true Bills fan wears his emotions on his sleeve, almost like a badge of honor, a true bills fan defends them no matter what, a true Bills fan attends games, if possible, but never misses one on TV if not able to attend. A true Bills fan sits through crappy weather and stays for the whole dam game. A true Bills fan finds his way to training camp every once in a while. A true Bills fan takes a lot of critisism and comes back for more. Not saying that a true Bills fan walks around with blinders on, we recognize our teams collective shortcomings, discuss them, look for solutions, and yes, even complain. A true Bills fan realizes, at least latley, that the majority of time, we have failed, but doesn't let that deter their loyalty. A true Bills fan learns to have a short memory, and is just as exited the next week for kick-off, as though they had just won the SB the previous week. I could go on, but like I hinted, if you have to ask what is one, you aren't one.
  14. Did we have a right to win the New England opener at their place, no less?
