I agree, a big part of the results are because of the scheme and the blocking. Fred Jackson hasn't been any better than Lynch over the course of the last 4-6 games. Jackson had a couple good games at the beginning of the year when Lynch was suspended like the dumbass that he is, and everyone has fallen in love with him.

And out of that list, Willis is the only one that isn't past his prime or fallen into the injury bug. Lewis is still great, but he can't be for too many more seasons, and Urlacher hasn't been the last few seasons what he used to be, and he is out for all of this year. To show you the poor quality of MLBs in the NFL, Poz might be a top 10 at the position and that isn't saying much.

Granted Poz isn't the second coming of Derrick Thomas or anything like that, but where are the so called "facts" and not just your biased opinions?

I bet Wood does next time he plays if he does.

Not sure what game you were watching yesterday, but all I saw was Poz making the tackle on about every other play. Sounds like you just don't like him.

I hope that is the reason for the Brohm signing, but I am betting that going into next season, they sell to the fans will be "Brohm looks great in OTA's, he is the future of this team" and fans all over will go buy season tickets and fall for the same thing they did with Losman, Edwards and anyone else in the last 15 years.

A couple things I remember from the game: 1. Every time I watch Fitz play, it confirms that he is terrible. Yes he made a couple nice throws, and does have alot more balls than Edwards does, but I have never in almost 40 years of watching NFL football, seen a quarterback throw so many ill advised, plain stupid throws. You couldn't count the throws that never even should have been thrown, and that doesn't include the several that he had Evans and Owens open and threw behind them. And to top it off, the way he managed the game at the end of the first half, he acted like he had no clue what the game situation was, walking around casually with no sense of urgency. It is his job as the QB to get the team up to the line of scrimmage and spike the ball. 2. Good to see T.O. involved, and should have been more with some better passes. WIth that said, I am tired of watching his attitude revolve intirely around him and not the team. He goes from pissed off and screaming when they don't throw him the ball, to being Mr. Leadership and cheerleader when he does make a play. 3. The run defense might have played their best game of the year, considering their injuiries, with Stroud out particularly, and considering who they were facing. I was almost expecting Jones Drew to put up 200 yards of rushing. 4. When all is said and done, it is another loss, and it is getting real old.

What proof do you need besides the lowest rated run defense in the NFL with one of the most expensive Defensive Lines in the league with Stroud, Schobel, Kelsay and others making millions on top of millions. Not to mention 1st and 2nd rounders all over the defense, and they didn't even look prepared against the Titans last weekend. The reason he is there a interim HC now, as far as I am guessing is that Ralph wanted to keep DJ for the whole season, otherwise he would have canned him before the bye, but the pressure from the fans and media just got to be too much for him so he acted off the cuff without a real plan yet to succeed him. That coupled with the fact that putting Fewell in as a interim Head Coach doesn't add a new salary to the payroll, and he will be interviewed, with little to no chance of being selected as the new HC to meet the minority requirement.

I think Lynch was "looking down the wrong side of the street" that is why he hit that lady last year and why he didn't see the cop coming to find the gun in the trunk.

Shanahan can't do as bad as the clowns that are in the front office now, with Guy, Modrak and ticket salesman Brandon.

He knows that he is going to be expensive, I can guarantee you that.

The saddest thing about it is, alot of Bills fans were thinking the same exact thing. I still don't believe he would come here, not with some of the other teams that are going to have vacant HC positions. I really hope they sign a name coach, and me personally, Shanahan would be my first choice over Cowher or anyone else, but my money says it is going to be either another retread losing HC or another young coordinator who comes much cheaper than any of the name coaches will.

I love your optimism, but don't be so sure, so you won't be disappointed. Afterall these are the Buffalo Bills and Ralph"Spend as Little as Possible" Wilson we are talking about here. I will believe they actually have found a clue with regards to running an NFL franchise when they prove such to me.

Exactly. Would sound more believable if Flip Wilson was saying it, but from penny pinching Ralph, it is just words with no action as usual.

Of course they are, regardless what Ralph says, these guys come cheap so they are the type of players that will be here.

Despite him being a genuinely nice guy the couple times I met him at training camp, I have always wondered why they kept him around. He really wasn't good for much at all, maybe camp fodder.

Talk is cheap, actually it is free, he will get some credit when I see some action.

If that statement is indeed true, we have reached the bottom of the barrel as one of the worst teams to suit up in maybe 3 decades. But on the other hand, we really don't have a chance with any of our QBs starting, so maybe it has some validity. We are on such a downward spiral as a team and organization, that it might not stop until we hit China. This is certainly one of the low points in this franchise's history and gets uglier day by day.

Get a life dude, I like Trent Edwards, but Kelly was only stating the obvious. Any QB who an organization even thinks once about starting Ryan Fitzpatrick over, has no future as an NFL starter. Fitz maybe the worst QB to start a game in the NFL in years.

No such thing as "was" with coaches contracts. Unlike players, the coaches contracts are guaranteed, he will still get paid, unless Ralph shows his tightness and tries to fight that like he did with Wade Phillips.

Is that a list of coaches available or coaches that you wouldn't want on the list? How about Napoleon Dynamite?

Not anymore, they just mopped the field with the Bills. Besides, the owner just paid a quarter of a million dollars, he can't afford to pay two coaches.
