Actually, I don't believe that Wilson was a big Flutie supporter then either. As I recall, it was pretty much between Smith and Childress. The Flutie faction was a small, but very vocal minority.

I like what I see so far with this Chan's staff, but the DC was hardly learning on the job last year. Fewell is a very respected DC as evidenced by his quick hire. Not to mention the fact that 6 other coaches found quick employment. I think the only coach in over his head last year was Alex and I think could turn into a pretty decent coach as well.

The Bills could trade away their first two choices and still position themselves to draft Tebow. He won't be taken in the first two rounds by any team that wants his as a quarterback. The fact that Kelly thinks of him as a viable quarterback has to be concerning for anyone that thinks of Kelly as a potential owner.

That is crap. He was given a 3 year contract and took the team to the conference finals his first year and to the Cup Finals his second year. He was never a temporary thing. The only time during his whole tenure in Buffalo where his job was in jeopardy occured when Golisano bought the team out of bankruptcy. If you watched the way he handled the end of the first half you would have sworn you were watching Dick Jauron. Gill has done a lot for UB football but his game management skills last year turned what should have been easy victories into nail biters and this year turned narrow wins into losses. This is exactly right. As much as I respect what Felser was, it is sad to see how out of touch he is. The News would be advised to have him right historical pieces because he is embarrassing himself week after week. His pieces on the Bills are bad enough.
