  1. True. And I heard that you win most of your games by, now hang with me here for a second, scoring more points than your opponent.
  2. I hope they practiced in the bubble all week with the heat turned up.
  3. People are stupid.
  4. What is the percentage of teams that make the playoffs after winning their opening day game? It's pretty high from what I recall.
  5. Actually I saw her in some other stuff and then saw a "Before they were stars" which showed the Doritos commercial, which I remember seeing, but don't remember her specifically. But that doesn't mean I'm not a dog (sorry but liking pretty women doesn't make on a perv).
  6. Thank the speculators.
  7. Ali Landry.
  8. Well an UDFA TE to an All-Pro LT is a pretty good feather in his cap. And what about his work with Butler? Chambers? Gandy became a serviceable lineman.
  9. Peters can handle Hayward/Harvey and Walker/Chambers can handle Spicer 1-on-1, leaving Dockery, Fowler, and Butler to handle Henderson and Meier. The backs are pretty good at picking-up blitzers. On the flip side, scrubs will be handling Stroud and Williams, while Barnes will have his hands full with Schobel and Pashos will have his hands full with Kelsay. I like the Bills' matchups on both lines.
  10. Just watched the video again. For anyone that hasn't, do yourself a favor and register so you can. After watching it a second time, I was very impressed with Lynch. From keeping his footing on the wet surface to score his TD, to catching a screen pass and making a defender bearing down him like a missile miss with a little juke, to stutter-stepping a defender out of his jock, to not just stiff-arming, but stiff-arm-knocking-down Kelly Jennings. And he got 76 yards on 18 carries by 13:40 of the 4th quarter.
  11. They already know who they're going to cut. I OTOH have no idea. I'd figure an OL since they'd have 10, and my bet would be Whittle. I would have said Murphy, but he's still injured. And another reason to delay the announcement is so that they prepare for both Walker and Peters at LT. Kind of like how they didn't announce a starting QB a couple years ago (although that didn't make a difference).
  12. Does anyone with even just half a brain believe that "the Earth is 6,000 years old" anyway?
  13. Where does it give the ages of the kids?
  14. Like the circular file.
  15. I guess we'll need to define the term "negative Nancy." That's someone who thinks that most everything the Bills do is wrong. But yes I thought Trent's performance was poor early-on. And it was. Thankfully the team had an all-around dominant performance. And I also thought that they should have played Hardy when the game was out of reach, seeing as how he's the only change on offense personnel-wise that could help the offense get better.
  16. It's hilarious when X player says that a game against former team Y means nothing more than any other game. And then afterwards, the real feelings come out (if X player's team wins, that is). Strike that, I'm sure if the Bills win and Stroud has a good day, you won't hear what he truly thinks of Jack Del Rio, since it will be too x-rated to print even with the expletives deleted.
  17. It's as if they've fallen off the face of the earth. I guess it's good to recognize them for what they were/are.
  18. Stroud has a good case for defensive player of the week. The only other competition is James Harrison, who had 1 more sack and 2 more tackles, and John Abraham who had 1 more sack but 3 fewer tackles.
  19. I missed that you were talking strictly about last year. I can't say that I'd disagree, seeing as it was his first season playing after his rookie season was a washout and he wasn't healthy most of the off-season prior to it.
  20. Depends by what you mean by "back." Since it was a thumb injury, he was able to come back almost immediately and attend meeting and run. But he won't start blocking and catching passes for a few more weeks.
  21. After seeing how the team performed in week 1, I'd say that not having rookies starting is definitely a good thing. However I still think that Hardy can add more to the offense than Reed can and he should have gotten extensive time last weekend.
  22. Mouse-over the below since it's written in white: Those commercials are fake.
  23. I guess you have to register to watch it. But it's worth it. And there will be more to follow this year!
