  1. He missed last year's game as well. What, are they saving all the barely injured guys for the Colts game?
  2. I'd bet just the NFL sees money. Coaches were being paid at the time of the press conferences and the footage is owned by the NFL.
  3. Just ask the Raiders.
  4. I said substitution. However they work it.
  5. Sorry to hear it's little.
  6. Because he's 366# and it will be over 100 degrees on the field?
  7. The Bills' decision to put him on IR and use his roster spot for a player who could contribute immediately was "immature?" And delaying surgery, despite needing it for months, was "mature?" Crowell is the one who screwed-up here, not the Bills. From all accounts, he should have had surgery months ago and didn't. Then he went against everyone and decided to have surgery 3 days before the opener. Then when the Bills put him on IR, he instead decided to get a second opinion, which he was supposed to get either yesterday or today. Why didn't he follow through with the surgery? Why didn't he get the 2nd opinion BEFORE announcing he was going to have surgery? Why not keep his trap shut, see if he could play through the pain, and THEN make his decision?
  8. Peters declared himself 85% earlier in the week. It's probably closer to 100%. And still, I'd take Peters, who came in lighter and with a lower body fat percentage than last year, at 85% in the Jax heat versus the 366# Walker. So again if anyone needs to be subbed, it will probably be Walker.
  9. I've been wondering if he was a vested veteran and all the other stuff as well.
  10. If anything, I think we may see Walker being rotated with Chambers. A lot less disruption.
  11. You realize that he didn't play almost the entire 4th quarter, right?
  12. He and Merriman are first class morons. They should have had surgery LONG ago but waited because they were more concerned about short-term gain.
  13. I'll wait until later to see it, when the offense has had a handful of games under the belts first.
  14. You mean you're not Batman?
  15. The Bills held a lot more cards in Peters' case, seeing as how he had 3 years left on his contract. Walker OTOH had a clause that would have returned him to Philly if he didn't report by a certain date. And again, if I were him, I'd demand $5M upfront from the Bills because they had a crappy defense, while I'd think in Chicago (where I always wanted to be), their defense would make me look good and ensure that I eventually received that $5.2M option bonus.
  16. Yeah, but he was a great OC. The Patriots would have won that SB last year if he were still there.
  17. He was a poker dealer. Probably had a pretty good poker face.
  18. I'm going off the belief that Walker wanted a decent-sized signing bonus from the Bills, whereas he was willing to take less from the Bears. Because that's what I would have done in his situation. The Bears gave him $500K in signing bonus and he would have made $5.2M in an option payment if he was kept for a 2nd year. I think the $5.2M (or so) was what he wanted upfront from the Bills, but they wouldn't give it to him until he showed-up. And yes, the Bills made-out in that deal.
  19. His demands while with the Bills were delusional.
  20. Stroud was finished. And the Jags are never wrong when it comes to defense.
  21. Peters has specifically mentioned McNally as being the guy who made him what he is today. No mention of Zierlein or Kugler.
  22. Grow up, son. Everything can't be "do this for me, daddy."
  23. Sorry but we've done enough work for you already. No one is going to post it to YouTube. If you want to see it, follow the directions you've been given. Otherwise it's your loss.
