Coaching Candidates.

Recommended Posts

For all the Mike Tomlin's, there are 10 Mike Mularkeys, Greg Williams, etc. I personally would prefer a Head Coach with a history of success as a head coach rather than a coordinator or a former HC with a career history as a loser.

I just want someone to come in here and bring a winning additude and I think that is more likely to come from someone that immediately has credibility.

I know its wishful thinking, but what about hiring Shanahan to run the team (like Miami did with Parcells) and let him hire is son to be HC ?

Tomlin also took over a pretty darn good football team. Whoever takes over the Bills will not have that luxury

The main criteria i used when searching for the coaches was succesful team over long period of time and strong in that coaches specific area.

Thoughts?

You picked these Assistants out of them all that YOU would like us to look at...and you failed to mention Leslie Frazier who has the #3 ranked Defense in the league and has had a Top 5-10 defense in Minnesota for the past few years.

None of these guys mentioned could hold a clipboard for him.

I actually looked at him a bit for this and deciced not to include him because i wanted to give people a chance to see other names and other caoches i think could make an impact.
