Screw the bunnies...what about the friggin' turkey vultures?????

58562[/snapback]

Ah...those were the days. Remember now pipsqueak, who Daddy Rabbit is...

And didn't we just say !@#$ the Turkey Vultures anyway? Yeah, yeah I know. They were the original issue, but damn. Bunnies are easier to kill! You get rid of the bunnies-there is no food supply for the turkey vultures!

This is my fairly lame attempt - play Mr. Jones by counting crows and you'll get it.

Sha la la la la la la

I was down at Ralph Wilson Stadium, staring at this oh and three team,

Mr. Drew pukes up an interception, to another opposing DB.

You know, he dances while the defence takes the field - They're always on the field.

We all want something beautiful, man I wish they were beautiful.

So come dance the wave when we're on offence - sha la la la la la la yeah

Get up, Travis! Show me some of them trademark rushes

and "Throw me the football", Eric Moulds

Believe in Drew, then you'll believe in anything

but Bills fans are always people who believe - yeah

Donahoe and Ralph tell each other fairy tales

and they stare at the upcoming draft board

"He's inujured his knee. Ah, yes, yes, lets draft him at three."

Standing in the draft hall, wishing they had first round pick

When ev'ry pick is traded, will we ever win a superbowl?

Well, I will paint you a picture,

Put yourself in blue and red and white and gray

All the Buffalo colors are very very meaningful

Yeah well you know if I wore those colors

I would play my heart out every day

If I knew Pucillo - I would tell him he can't block and that he's gay

Donahoe and me look into the future, yeah we stare at more losing seasons

"It's looking poo."

"I don't think so. We got Mularky."

Standing on the sideline, calling in a trick play

Our record may be oh and three, but at least we're not Miiiiii-ami

at least we're not Miami

Said at least we'll never be Miammmm-i

We're gonna have big stars

Yeah - JP Losman wants to pass at Lee

We all want to see McGahee, but Mularky keeps him nailed to the bench

Believe in Drew? I don't believe in anything

and I want to find someone to believe

Drew Bledsoe and me stumbling through Buffalo

Yeah we stare at the defencive formation

Three men get through. "Man, With with some time, I might throw a TD?"

I want to be Jim Kelly, Mr. Drew wishes he was someone just a little more

funky,

Well if you leave for Montana, son, that's just about as funky as you can be

Mr. Drew and Mike staring at the video

when they look at the television, they wanna see Henry blocking anybody

They all want to be big stars, but they don't know why, and they don't know how

But when they score a TD, I'm going to be just about as happy as I can be

Mr. Drew and TD, will never be big stars...

"You draft sixteen bums, whadda ya get?

another shot season and saddled with debt.

etc.

"Keyrist" is DEFINITELY a Buffalo term. Wonder how many times that's been said in the last month?  :w00t:

Oh I wish I were a Big Time Bills receiver...

That is what I truly like to be...

Cause if I were a Big Time Bills receiver...

There would be no wear and tear on me!

Jingle? OK.

I wish we had a team of All-Pro winners....

That is what I'd truly like to see....

'Cause if we had a team of All-Pro winners....

People on The Wall would be happy.

(Flintstones)

Mularkey, meet Mularkey, he's the rookie coach who has no clue

From the - town of Pittsburgh, he's the man who knows the Bills are due

Let's ride - with the O-line down the street

Anchored by Drew Bledsoe's iron feet

When you're with Mularkey

Have a very sad and blue time, a 4th and two time

You'll have a wait 'til next year time

WHAT??????????

Where are all the creative people today?

(I will use the delete option so not to waste more space) then MEAD I thought it had to be 16 pages before it is zapped and POSTERS can save lots of room by not quoting the whole song.

Well, I didn't get enough adulation for my efforts from the proper people (hint, hint). So I decided to throw a petulant little T-Bone-like snit and went off to play somewhere else. :D

Here ya go!!

Bye, Bye Super Bowl Dream

A long, long time ago

I can still remember

How the Bills used to make me smile

And I knew if we had one more chance

That Marv could make our fans dance

And maybe they'd be happy for a while

But now the Bills make me shiver

With every loss they deliver

Bad news on the doorstep

I can’t watch one more rep

I can't remember if I cried

When that damn kick sailed wide

But something touched me deep inside

The day the dream died

So bye, bye Super Bowl Dream

Drove my Chevy to the Ralph for Whitey’s regime

Them good old boys at the Big Tree did scream

Screamin' this’ll be the day, a win for our team,

This’ll be the day, a win for our team

Did you watch without saying God Almighty

And do you have faith in Flighty Whitey

If ole Ralph tells you so

And do you believe in running the ball

Can running save Drew from a fall

And can blocking be taught by a man named McNally

Well I know that Mularkey likes to gamble

'Cause why else, would Drew have to scramble

You knew it was 4th and three

Man, I just have to disagree

Man that Drew sure can chuck

But then he just has to duck

Wrong team, what a schmuck

The day the dream died

I started singin'

Bye, bye Super Bowl Dream

Drove my Chevy to the Ralph for Whitey’s regime

Them good old boys at the Big Tree did scream

Screamin' this’ll be the day, a win for our team,

This’ll be the day, a win for our team

Now for five years we've been a joke

And Whitey’s team knows how to choke

But that's not how it used to be

When Kelly played for Marv and Bill

In a scheme that produced such a thrill

The Ralph rocked, cause of you and me

Oh and while the opponents were looking around

Kelly led the Bills to holy ground

51-3 and the game was adjourned

A decisive verdict was returned

And while Kelly sat one out

Frank Reich proved more than stout

The Greatest Comeback left no doubt

The day the dream died

We were singin'

Bye, bye Super Bowl Dream

Drove my Chevy to the Ralph for Whitey’s regime

Them good old boys at the Big Tree did scream

Screamin' this’ll be the day, a win for our team,

This’ll be the day, a win for our team

Gregg had airhorns in a summer swelter

Killdrive taught offense that was helter skelter

The players tried for a forward pass

And Drew landed hard on the grass

17 up 31 down and falling fast

With Whitey, our success was not meant to last

The offseason he gave us great hope

Only to watch our Bills play high on dope

I’m a fan and how can I cope,

Please just pass over a rope

‘Cause our players tried to take the field

The opponents just refused to yield

Do you recall what was revealed

The day the dream died

We started singin'

Bye, bye Super Bowl Dream

Drove my Chevy to the Ralph for Whitey’s regime

Them good old boys at the Big Tree did scream

Screamin' this’ll be the day, a win for our team,

This’ll be the day, a win for our team

Oh in there we were all in one place

But the Bills were such a disgrace

With no time left to start again

So come on Drew be nimble,

Drew be quick

Drew just fumbled then threw another pick

Ralph is Whitey’s only friend

Oh and as I watched them try to engage

My hands were clenched in fists of rage

No football coach born in hell

Could break that Whitey’s spell

And as the Bills just failed to take flight

And there was no white knight

I saw Whitey laughing with delight

The day, the dream died

He was singin'

Bye, bye Super Bowl Dream

Drove my Chevy to the Ralph for Whitey’s regime

Them good old boys at the Big Tree did scream

Screamin' this’ll be the day, a win for our team,

This’ll be the day, a win for our team

I met Kelly who sang the blues

And he passed me a bottle of booze

And he just turned away

I went down to the sacred Ralph

Where I’d heard Shout! years before

But Whitey said the music wouldn't play

And in the streets the children screamed

The fans cried and noone dreamed

But not a word was spoken

The Ralph’s spell were broken

And the three men I admire most

Bruce, Andre and Thurman

They caught the last train for the coast

The day, the dream died

They were singin'

Bye, bye Super Bowl Dream

Drove my Chevy to the Ralph for Whitey’s regime

Them good old boys at the Big Tree did scream

Screamin' this’ll be the day, a win for our team,

This’ll be the day, a win for our team

I’ll toss out one. It’s been a long day. The TD song.

(IF I Only had a Brain-Wizard of OZ)

Instead of quick the line is fatter, it really doesn’t matter

It comes out all the same

I could be an institution, with a football team that’s ruined

If I only had a brain.

I fooled Buffalo with Bledsoe, It worked then and I said so

they bought it, pretty lame

It went well for 16 quarters, fans are chomping at the borders

Man we need to win a game

Well I think they are unhappy, I might not make next draft day

Oh, that’s right…I feel the pain

I guess we really need to win one, how the hell do I produce one

If I only had a brain.

Hand it off to Travis Henry, he’s a stud so do they do tell me

Where’s he going! What a shame

The block was to the weak side and he tripped up on the strong side

If he only had a brain

Back on defense London Fletcher, a name we all remember

Took the head off the Q-B

Problem was the whistle blew then, and instead of fourth and two then

Now they have a first and three.

Well Ralph has given me some money, when we talk I call him Honey

It all stays just the same

I will keep on big name has beens and neglect offensive lineman

‘cause I really got a brain.
