Why are they marching? Who knows, I am sure they think they have a reason. the sad part is the media attention (which as i think about it, is the reason they are marching) everyone will be there, another interesting part, is the Police are not inspecting for arms (weapons) so many will be carrying (my guess). My wife, who is part of the Media, will be there covering the activity. So if something does happen my wife might be caught in the middle of it. Which is the true reason I wrote this post. I have to work today, and I get to worry about it all day. But if something does happen and you are interested watch the evening news (NBC) you might see some of her work. Anyhow, they march because they can. For anything to "start" would be for non ignorant people, like us, to protest what they're doing. I really think that this would bring us down to their level. If you don't support the klan, then i think the best bet would be to ignore them. As for your wife, hope she is safe today. As for her job, she will continue to report on KKK rallies till the audience demands that she report on something else. Not to make this a large PPP debate, i would not support a klan march in my town, but i surely wouldn't protest it either. This is america. if they want to march, they can march. I'm confident enough in my personal convictions that they won't sway my opinion.
