I'm goin' down to South Park gonna have myself a time,

Friendly faces everwhere humble folks without temptation,

I'm goin' down to South Park gonna leave my woes behind,

Ample Parking Day or Night, people spouting, "Howdy, Neighbor"

I'm headin' down to South Park gonna see if I can't unwind,

<Kenny's lyrics vary by season>

So come on down to South Park, and meet some friends of mine.

The Unknown Stuntman (theme from the Fall Guy)

Well, I'm not the kind to kiss and tell,

But I've been seen with Farrah.

I'm never seen with anything less than a nine, so fine.

I've been on fire with Sally Field,

Gone fast with a girl named Bo,

But somehow they just don't end up as mine.

It's a death defyin' life I lead,

I take my chances.

I die for a livin' in the movies and TV.

But the hardest thing I ever do

Is watch my leadin' ladies

Kiss some other guy while I'm bandagin' my knee.

I might fall from a tall building,

I might roll a brand new car.

'Cause I'm the unknown stuntman that made Redford such a star.

I never spend much time in school

But I taught ladies plenty.

It's true I hire my body out for pay, Hey Hey.

I've gotten burned over Cheryl Tiegs,

Blown up for Raquel Welch.

But when I end up in the hay it's only hay, Hey Hey.

I might jump an open drawbridge,

Or Tarzan from a vine.

'Cause I'm the unknown stuntman that makes Eastwood look so fine.

:)

Theme From Rawhide Rawhide

Rollin' rollin' rollin'

Rollin' rollin' rollin'

Rollin' rollin' rollin'

Rollin' rollin' rollin'

Rollin' rollin' rollin'

Though the streams are swollen

Keep them doggies rolling

Rawhide

Rain and wind and weather

Hell bent for leather

Wishing my girl was by my side

All the things I'm missin'

Good vittles, love and kissin'

are waiting at the end of my ride

Move 'em on (Head 'em up)

Head 'em up (Move 'em up)

Move 'em on (Head 'em up)

Rawhide

Cut 'em out (Ride 'em in)

Ride 'em in (Cut 'em out)

Cut 'em out (Ride 'em in)

Rawhide

Keep movin' movin' movin'

Though their disapprovin'

Keep them doggies moving

Rawhide

Don't try to understand them

Just rope, throw and brand them

Soon we'll be living high and wide

My heart's calculating

My true love will be waiting

be waiting at the end of my ride

Move 'em up (Head 'em up)

Head 'em up (Move 'em on)

Move 'em on (Head 'em up)

Rawhide

Cut 'em out (Ride 'em in)

Ride 'em in (Cut 'em out)

Cut 'em out (Ride 'em in)

Rawhide

Yah!

Move 'em on (Head 'em up)

Head 'em up (Move 'em on)

Move 'em on (Head 'em up)

Rawhide

Cut 'em out (Ride 'em in)

Ride 'em in (Cut 'em out)

Cut 'em out (Ride 'em in)

Rawhide

Yah!

Rollin' rollin' rollin'

Rollin' rollin' rollin'

Yah!

Rollin' rollin' rollin'

Rollin' rollin' rollin'

Yah!

Rawhide

Yah! Rawhide!

And why not?

I loved that song. The Fall Guy...now that brings back memories. Good choice.

Cheers was a good one

Happy Days

and if we can use a cartoon, "Hey, Hey, Hey, It's Faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat Albert"

Believe it or not, I'm walking on air,

I never thought I could feel so free...

:);):)

My favorite, though, is:

Dah da-dah Dah

Da dah, dah

Dah-da dah da

Dah d-da-da Dah...

Ed will give anyone a thousand dollars who recognizes it... :D

Well you've all come up with a lot of good ones, but the best lyrics for a TV show (although they were only played in the 200th episode in the case of the former and not at all for the latter) have to be Cheers (Where Everybody Knows Your Name - 2nd Verse) and M*A*SH (Suicide is Painless).

"Roll out of bed, Mr. Coffee's dead, morning's looking bright.

And your shrink ran off to Europe and didn't even write.

And your husband wants to be a girl.

Be glad there's still 1 place in the world ..."

The lyrics for Suicide is Painless were in the movie.

Great songs. (I also liked WKRP's theme song but it wasn't nearly depressing enough!)

Believe it or not, I'm walking on air,

I never thought I could feel so free...

:)  ;)  :)

Or the alternate version:

Believe it or not, George isn't at home.

Please leave a message at the beep.

I must be out, or I'd pick up the phone.

Where could I be?

Believe it or not, I'm not home!

:w00t:

But my favorite theme is from from Beavis and Butthead.

"heh-heh----heh-heh-heh----heh-heh-heh....."

snappy guitar solo

Not even close. Firefly.

Take my love, take my land

Take me where I cannot stand

I don't care, I'm still free

You can't take the sky from me

Take me out to the black

Tell them I ain't comin' back

Burn the land and boil the sea

You can't take the sky from me

There's no place I can be

Since I found Serenity

But you can't take the sky from me...
