Survivor Pool Week 13.......Who ya got???

Still 8 people remain after week 12.

 

Since there weren't a lot of responses to last weeks "Who Ya Got??", I might stop doing these threads going forward.

 

This week, I've got the Chargers at home vs the Raiders......the Chargers are a very unreliable team, and are always ripe to lay an egg, but hopefully not this week.

 

If I get through this week, I have pretty decent picks all the way until Week 18, and might have a few Playoff teams left if I can get past Week 18.

Who ya Got??

I'm running out of decent options to be honest.  In all the years I have been doing these things, I've tried to get cute too early by taking lesser teams early in order to save some good ones for later.  But, that's cost me after doing it too much and I'd be out halfway through the season.  This year, I decided to go the other way and take teams I was pretty confident in but that has gotten rid of a lot of top teams for me already.  So, I have a feeling my weeks are numbered here.

 

I'm on the Jags this week.  Sure, I have a slam dunk or 2 I could take this week, but if I burn them, then even if I do make it through the week, I'll pretty much be DOA over the next week or 2.  So, we'll see what happens.  Jags could absolutely win this week.  But it's still the freaking Jags and they can lose at any given moment.  Just feel like my hands are kind of tied as we head down the stretch here.

I don’t have a lot of great options left but I’m going with the 49ers this week.  That leaves me with Philly and a few other teams who have good matchups in the weeks ahead if I survive.  Fingers and toes crossed.
