Dane Jackson and Alex Austin are not remotely any good.

He also thinks Cody Ford is good because he started a lot of games... so Did Damar Hamlin, does that make him any good? This person is reaching extremely hard.

Im starting to think Beck Water is Brandon Beane himself, or at least a relative of his.

Just admit that this regime can't draft worth a lick.

Then you should have no problem doing some research and showing us at least 20 or so teams who have done significantly better over the same time frame.

Philly,  KC, SF, LA Rams, Baltimore,  Detroit, Minny.  Just to name 7.

There are around 4 players on each of those teams that we would take in a heartbeat. Im willing to bet we  try and trade for a player from one of those teams in 2026.

lol....

So if you take out the absurd belief that Minnesota, SanFran and the Rams have drafted significantly better over the last 5 years, that leaves you with 4 teams you can possibly make an argument for.

Which would place the Bills 5th in the NFL for drafting success, despite always picking near the end of every round.

Which makes your contention that the Bills "can't draft worth a lick" exactly as stupid as it sounds.

And out of the 7 teams that I listed, all have had similar if not better success as us, so you can't tell me that its because they suck and get better draft slots. We just suck at drafting.

Addison, Jefferson just off the top of my head

So 2 hits out of 50 picks shows how great they are and how much the Bills suck....

You're just spouting nonsense with no real analytical support and embarrassing yourself.

i keep him at least one more year unless it is hopeless because he does remind me of Eric Moulds in some ways and Moulds was not good his first two seasons but his 3rd started quite the run. It is hope more than expected at this point but he already has better numbers just so far this season than Moulds had either of his first two.

To me it's shame on the team for labeling him a starting possible no. 1 after drafting him too high....and shame on the team for trying to force or expect him to be that.

He could very well be a fantastic red zone guy and have great success.  IMO the team screwed the whole thing up from draft day.

Should he be disciplined yeah, but there's no need to be stupid about it and the last thing needed Is Dion dumb ass talking to the media about it. Maybe he should take some crap for the yellow flags every damn week. Sounds too much to me like an excuse to say the kid lost his way vs. we drafted him to be something he isn't.

I would take Puca Nucua over any wr that we have.

I would take Addison over any wr we have, not even gonna mention. JEFFERSON.

I woukd take Kittle and or Ayuk over any wr we have right now.

I would take Zay Flowers over any wr we have.

I would take Devontae Smith over Shakir.

I would take St. Brown over anyone we have too.

Inbound take worthy over Coleman all day, and so would most.

So you would take a top 10 pick over a 5th round WR?

Scintillating observations.

Your nonsense is so uninformed and patently absurd that I'd advise you drop it immediately.

So follow your own advice and back your rhetoric with analytics then Simon.

You can't! James Cook a d Josh Allen is all you can say and that's a fact. The fact that we resign mediocre at best doesn't make them good. The best of what we have drafted play for other teams or are out of the league entirely.

Im talking first, second and third round picks over the last 8 years.

I forgot to throw in Oliver with Josh and Jimbo

I've often thought having Coleman on the field in the pass game is like trying to drive on the highway with a "donut" tire on your car.

I mean, you can do it and sometimes it's fine but it doesn't look good and you are going to have a lot more problems than you want.

I'm not the one who made the idiotic statements that the Bills suck at drafting and can't draft worth a lick and then backed it up by cherry picking a bunch of 1st round picks and comparing them to guys that were drafted multiple rounds later. Therefore I don't have any irretrievably stupid statements that I need to back up.

Jumping in late on the Beane drafting/FA discussion ---

I think Beane, in general, is very good at drafting to find a couple quality starters per draft (maybe not in 24 tho).

His problem continues to be "missing" on positions of need.  It used to be DL, which i think he has acquired some great guys, just bad injuries this year.

But now its at WR primarily.  3 offseasons in a row he's tried to fix it - Kincaid, Samuel, Coleman, Palmer --- Kincaid is the only quality player and he cant stay healthy.

Cap is not a complete disaster but its way below avg.

Thats the difference between being very good and elite GM, and likely between being a SB team vs a very good team every yr.
