Mark Sanchez Released from Fox -> Drew Brees is the new Replacement

After the alleged attack last month, Fox has let go of Mark Sanchez. We all pretty much knew Fox would make that move. It was more a question of when. 

"We can confirm that Mark Sanchez is no longer with the network. There will be no further comment at this time," a Fox Sports spokesperson said Friday.

 

But Drew Brees has been hired to be his replacement alongside Adam Amin and Kristina Pink. "I appreciate the opportunity FOX has given me in the booth and with their team," Brees said in a statement. "I hope my passion for this game is reflected in the knowledge and insights I provide to the fans each Sunday."

 

His first appearance will be Week 11 with the assignment unknown at this time. 

 

"Prosecutors have charged Sanchez with a felony count of battery involving serious bodily injury, along with three misdemeanor charges, including public intoxication."

Sanchez will soon announce that he's going into therapy, he will then get hired by ESPN as all is always forgiven when you go into therapy. Sex addiction is a popular one now. That's just an amazing classic that will never be forgotten.  My sister-in-law hates it when I mention it.  She rolls her eyes and reminds me that the Jets have won a Superbowl.  Ugh.
