Super cohesive group. No doubt genuine comraderie helps to make the grind more meaningful, and it very likely helps some guys push themselves even a little harder. Can't let down the squad you go to war with.

Chemistry and consistency are big for offensive line play. So much data and institutional knowledge have all backed up that idea. Overall the Bills offensive line went from frustratingly ok to bad from 2020-2022 to one of the top units in the league
