You still might get the flu, but it won't be nearly as severe. Hence the use of the word severe in the WH clip. You should worry more about the Epstein files, or whatever Alzheimer's drug Trump is taking now. Or maybe even the K economy that is not working for Trump voters. Quiet, dbag. You skipped over the word “death” in order to highlight severe. Respectfully, AM
teef Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Ah yes. The best thing covid has done for us it turn complete idiots into scientist because people, “did the research”. We all know how vaccines work at this point so figure it out. The people that shout the loudest in this thread can barely put a sentence together. Yeah…let me take medical advice from that crew.
BillsFanNC Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Actually Hoax man is partially correct. It is similar to the flu shot in that its a vaccine for a RAPIDLY MUTATING RESPIRATORY VIRUS. Therefore anyone with even an undergrad understanding of immunology knew that the "experts" were lying when they told you over and over again that the vaccine stops transmission and that by getting the vaccine you absolutely will not get covid. If they wanted to be honest then the message would have been: Getting the vaccine can protect against severe illness and death but it cannot fully protect you from getting covid or transmitting it to others. Therefore for vulnerable populations such as the immunocompromised and elderly we strongly recommend getting the vaccine. Those that are young, robust and healthy should consult with their doctor before deciding whether to get the vaccine.
teef Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Not for a single second did I or a lot of other people that have a basic understanding of how vaccines work think that getting the vaccine would stop someone from getting Covid. This is complete nonsense but the usual suspect.

This is complete nonsense but the usual suspect. This pretty much sums it up. It's just like the friggin flu vax. But the NC bozo who posts here all of a sudden wants to play the semantics game about messaging from a prior administration. Meanwhile, whatever tripe and lies the current occupant of that office happens to offer is AOK. Let's see how these guys feel about the measles outbreak in South Carolina. The whole thing is a freaking shame, and little kids are going to die because of old wives tales and stupidity. 1

Sad. https://www.cnn.com/2021/05/21/politics/walensky-comments-cdc-guidance-fact-check On March 29, Walensky told MSNBC that “Our data from the CDC today suggests that vaccinated people do not carry the virus, don’t get sick.” “(A)nd that it’s not just in the clinical trials,” the director added, “but it’s also in real world data.” 1

Do you know how vaccines work? Did this change how you feel about vaccines in general? There was a lot of bad information going around at that time. How does that affect your life now? It doesn’t at all. I just got my flu shot yesterday because people around me are dropping like flies. 9 minutes ago, SectionC3 said: This pretty much sums it up. It's just like the friggin flu vax. This thread was bumped for no reason other than nursesclothing not having a life outside of this place. 1
Homelander Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Anything to distract from the disaster sitting in the White House.
BillsFanNC Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago I wonder how many people took the guy who is as sharp as a tack word for it? Teef clowning himself again.
Joe Ferguson forever Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago 2.5 million is the number that matters most, by far. And this is considered a conservative estimate. https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jama-health-forum/fullarticle/2836434#google_vignette

You really just regurgitate whatever Big Pharma tells you. More flu shots = More death in the elderly. But keep on taking them, if you want to feel better about how you think "won't be nearly as severe."

Your statement above was that no one believed that getting the vaccine would prevent one from getting Covid and the idea was complete nonsense. The head of the CDC along with the President, made statements to the contrary. Pity the poor people that put their faith in these authorities. Thank you for sharing that you got a flu shot. I’m sure many have been wondering. 2

He has no medical background at all, and the little he thinks he has is either political or complete nonsense from the internet. Bravo people. 2 minutes ago, JDHillFan said: Your statement above was that no one believed that getting the vaccine would prevent one from getting Covid and the idea was complete nonsense. This is such a worn out, non important discussion at this point. How did this affect you? Do you not believe in vaccines now? This thread is nothing more than old men crying about politics. Just get out of your house fatty 1
