Potential Derek Chauvin Pardon

He didn’t kill George Floyd, but the optics were so bad he was sacrificed. 
 

Trump can pardon him, but I don’t think that affects anything on the state charges, unless they aggressively attempt to move him to another state.. no clue how this is anything beyond a symbolic gesture. 
 

At which point, it’s the right thing to do, but not sure what it actually accomplishes aside from potential unrest and another hit put on Chauvin.

It pretty clearly says “multiple sources” Frank.  In this history of our country, a legacy media source has never been wrong when there were multiple sources reporting. One sources?  Yeah, it’s probably like 50/50.  More than one?  Book it, Danno.   Plus, this is an EYEWITNESS news station, and eye witnesses actually see things with their eyes.  Where did you go law school? Imagine thinking this police officer intentionally killed some crack head for absolutely no reason. As pointed out, he was using a technique that he was taught to restrain crazy criminals. When you are a cop, if the bad guy is able to overpower you they can potentially get your gun away from you. It's very important to be able to control them and restrain them as needed until backup arrives. If the technique is problematic then so be it. That's another discussion. And none of it has to do with racism. What a joke
