On December 7, CC1 attempted to send P37 a message (though failed because he typed the wrong number into his phone),” Smith’s document says.

The message Giuliani was allegedly attempting to send read: “So I need you to pass a joint resolution from the Michigan legislature that states that, *the election is in dispute,* there’s an ongoing investigation by the Legislature, and * the Electors sent by Governor Whitmer are not the official Electors of the State of Michigan and do not fall within the Safe Harbor deadline of Dec 8 under Michigan Law.”

- Hahaha this is hilarious. We can’t trust Republicans with the government since they don’t know how to use a phone.

I understand you would prefer to bypass SCOTUS, but I prefer not to do that.

This is the second time a poster used a speeding ticket analogy, and it’s as silly now as it was the first time it was raised.

I do agree that law enforcement picks and chooses winners and losers in the game of life, and in politics, pretty much all bets are off when it comes to ethics, behavior and who gets pursued for what and when.  Following your logic, allowing members of the political class in power to break the law without consequence, while attempting to place another in jail for life is the problem.

Excellent, you concur with the SC decision.

A jury may well end up coming to the conclusion you’ve jumped to, time will tell.  Or, perhaps not.

The SCOTUS "Immunity" Decision has nothing to do with a FORMER President keeping records after they were requested (several times I believe) to it is you who is changing the subject again. There also might a reason more than one person used the traffic stop analogy, it seems to apply nicely if you don't try and tie yourself in knots explaining away why a FORMER president kept documents he wasn't allows to have after they were requested back, including evidence the knowingly did this and tried to conceal them from recovery and shared them with people (some of who may have been foreign agents) not clear to see such materials.

Whine all you want about how unfair it is to the Felon, but in reality it is unfair to the American people that he acted with such disregard for public property, and with the trust placed in him by the American people.

Perception in not reality. Example thinking you can fly and stepping out of a second story window, reality and your perception will meet at ground level, most likely painfully.

Triggered? No just pointing out the lefts hypocrisy.

For ***** once, point out the actual hypocrisy of the "left". There is a near infinite supply of the GOP hypocrisy ( one single example = "FEMA is out of money for Americans because they gave it all to migrants" truth, FEMA has been under funded for several years while the GOP controlled the house and budget. GOP authorized ~$30,000,000,000 ($30B) to FEMA of which $640,000,000 ($.64B) (.64 is MUCH less than 30 just to be clear) was spent on migrant issues. A VERY SMALL PERCENTAGE. It is a lie and something the GOP could have fixed, and I believe the left wanted to allocate mote funds, but chose instead to try and make an issue about to win political points. It's gross, disrespectful and down right un-American. the empty suit of a speaker could call the house back into session to authorize more funds for FEMA, or even change FEMA's rules to allow more cash assistance. (BTW you all should look up how FEMA actually works and it is not cash grants to individuals but instead grants and loans to state county and local agencies who should be better equipped and informed on how best to distribute the funds to those they serve, but I digress).
