he contributes nothing here.  From some of his posts, he's probably a basement dwelling Q follower.  I doubt he's taken seriously in real life either.

Something very tommy eyerolls about him.

he certainly writes like a legal scholar 😂 ! care to share unseen's credentials?  You know, like the banner below an expert giving opinion on an actual news source....never mind you've made it clear that you find education unimportant in most areas.  Why not the law?

This "unseen" is probably the dumbest commenter on Supreme Court matters I've ever, umm, seen.

Yes the word "tariff" is different than the word "regulate."

That's kind of what the law is all about, the meaning of a word used here and not used there.

https://www.nytimes.com/live/2025/11/05/us/trump-tariffs-supreme-court

After the arguments wrapped, several of the small business owners who sued over President Trump’s tariffs gathered on the steps of the Supreme Court.

Victor Schwartz, the small wine importer who is the lead plaintiff in the lawsuit, told reporters the economic pain of the tariffs had been felt “across the country, from warehouse workers and truckers to retailers and restauranteurs.”

He added that he was disappointed that larger companies with more resources had not spoken up.

“When I was given the chance to speak up for small American businesses, I took it,” Mr. Schwartz said. “I had to – our very survival is at stake.”

I would comment in this thread but I'm stuck here in a 4-hour Teams meeting. :death:

One of those people was Redhawk. He’s unstable. The other was Frankish. He declared Biden to be mentally fit for the presidency AFTER watching the debate. Unstable? That’s for you to decide.

I think we all interpret the proceedings in a somewhat biased manner.  At a CNN roundtable, all were asked which justice they were watching.  A legal reporter said "Alito".  Wow!

I'm waiting for Marcia Coyle to weigh in on PBS.  She's better than most at reading tea leaves and has covered SCOTUS for decades.  In the end, we need to wait for the decision.

:D

Hilarious.  The 'anonymous' (correct spelling) Twitter poster has 71 thousand followers. Doesn't mean that he is correct of course, but it is so funny that you automatically take Frank N Beans opinion over him.............................because you don't agree with him.
