5 years ago this would have been a great signing.

Eagles only have AJ Brown, Devonta Smith and Dallas Goedert and they are still searching for more WR talent.

Bills are watching Sherfield run in quick sand and saying “nah, we’re good.”

I don’t know why you think the Bills are thinking that? The Bills may be scouring the WR market but their limited cap space and what’s out on the market being limited may not be moving the needle just yet

Would still be better than Harty, Sherfield, and Shakir. And would probably give Davis a run for his money

Perhaps in our imaginations.

Yup.

Small cap differences between these two teams.

Next year, the Eagles have $20.2M left under the cap.

Whereas the Bills are $33.5M OVER the cap. For next year. (Spotrac)

Under those circumstances, the chance to bring in a guy who had 299 yards and a 55% catch percentage last year look quite different to each of these teams.

I could be wrong, but we know Beane’s idea of “moving the needle” last year was signing retired Cole Beasley lol
