Two very different topics at hand here, in my opinion - trans sports and trans “taking over every bathroom in America.”

One is real and awful, the other is the boogie man those that hate trans people have invented. I live in California, land of nuts and weirder purple haired nuts, and have never seen an obvious male go into the woman’s room while my wife was in there and she has never reported it herself. And she’s pregnant so she pees every 4.7 seconds. I have seen random homeless whackos go into any bathroom they choose; a far more real problem.

On sports, even the leftist of left can’t possibly argue that men should be in women’s sports, right? It’s the definition of unfair regardless of how many estrogen injections the dude has taken.

The point of political discourse is to discuss matters that are controversial or have two valid sides to consider.

The trans men in bathrooms is a boogey man tactic, plain and simple. Even the incident the old kook posted above is a one-off and that dude would find a way to  creep people out regardless of what he dressed as. He would storm into a woman’s bathroom in army fatigues. The vast majority of trans folks are truly attempting to live their lives as the gender they feel they are - and they follow social norms. But it’s always easy to find the one freak ruining it for everyone.

That aside, a genetic male should not be in woman’s sports. It’s the equivalent of letting the Yankees use steel bats that identify as wooden bats and have the Red Sox just have to deal with it because the Yankee steel bats have been coated in something to make them look - if you squint and turn your head sideways - somewhat like a wooden bat. I’m not even sure how this is controversial. Someone with shoulders like Matt Milano should not be swimming against women. How is that  provocative stance?
