It's good to have a gameplan ready just in case, but MDs are taking a stab at it until you know for sure. Whatever the course of action, your attitude will help to turn it into a bump in the road. Â Don't feel guilty if you pop a smoke or two until June. Sanity is more important for a few weeks than any added damage that could possibly cause.
