Teams not paying a QB may front load contracts at certain position groups, whereas others kick the can down the road. DL spending doesn't suprise me. We're paying Von (again, cap structuring), but Jones, Settle, Phillips and Lawson aren't exactly breaking the bank. Everyone else is on a rookie contract. Spotrac has Bills DL at 23.
